View Full Version : Help on X-Men for Sega Genisis

Hey, I know its an old game but it rocks. Problem is, I can't get past the Chronch (i think thats what its called). It's the level where you have to best mojo. When I get to the part where I'm supposed to turn the computer off, I just end up destroying it and the timer counts down to 0 and I die. Pls help.

When the Professor tells you to reset the computer, push the reset button on the Genesis. This drove me nuts for soooooooooo long.

Yep, it's the most evil trick in the book. When I start making games, I'm gonna have to pull that off at least once.

But apparently you're only supposed to tap the reset button, not hold it down.

Huh????? That's evil! I didn't have a Genesis (not sure of the PAL name but I never had a Sega) but that seems horribly contrived to get you to call helplines and give them money.

It's both remarkably clever, and obscenely obscure...without GameFAQS back then, what were gamers supposed to do? Having to pop for a magazine (or hope a friend played it and got it) is kind of harsh.

I got never figure out how to beat Mojo. Man, I haven't played that game in years. I might to go locate it now.

me and my friend actually gave up on that game and it wasn't till a year or more later that we came across the instructions on what to do. its now one of my most favorite/hated games of all time.
