In the up-coming JLU flash point . . . (possible spoilers)

I think it will be supergirl taking a dirt nap because of cadumus that will push superman over the edge and declare war on cadimus. Cadimus has their own supergirl, they might want to have the only one! the only thing i could think of that would piss off the big guy more would be the death of Lois lane. Most of all if kara is taken out while she is with the Kents back on the farm. Then brothers and sisters watch out!

BTW is this the last season. The final episode of this JLU season is titled "Epilogue" and the synopis: SPOILERS

Says that it will be 50 years in the future after some big event in the battle between Cadmus and the JLU that will lead to Batman's secret and his future (IE, Batman Beyond).

This isn't the last season. It was just picked up for 2 more seasons by Cartoon Network about a month or 2 ago.

I believe next season was expected to be the last, but now we've got (at least) 1 more on top of that. :)

at first i assumed it would be the flash..but since the episodes called "flashpoint" the flash is the likely assumption but they probably thought we'd think that, so it will probably be someone else..although supergirl..im not sure

These seem to be at least loosely tied to what's happening in the comic books. Killing off Supergirl just before the current DCU one gets her own series seems... not smart.

Actually it was only picked up for one more 13-episode season. Whether or not that one will be the last remains to be seen.
