A big thank you from me too. Sorry for there not being more new material in the last couple of weeks.

But I put a new post up today, dealing with the astronomy from Superman: Birthright. I don't think it's as factually critical as my legal reviews thus far, since I mostly look at the consequences of Waid's changes to Krypton. Whether you think the changes are an improvement over the old Krypton astronomy (which had positive and negative consequences of its own) is up to you.

I will say that I preferred it when Krypton was closer to Earth, though. I don't care for the Andromeda Galaxy bit, which I think Waid took from the first Superman movie.

(And the site seems to have stopped pinging the Comic Weblog Update-A-Tron (http://simpleweblog.com/comics/comicweblogs.php). I gotta figure out why that is.)

Coming soon: a physics and astronomy look at the first Superman/Batman arc. That one's going to be a hair more critical.
