In Amazing Spider-Man #153 (1975), the letters page for that issue was replaced by a text piece entitled "Of Jackals And Juxtaposition". It was written by then-Marvel staffer Roger Slifer in an attempt to clear up some loose ends and continuity glitches brought up by fans who read the original the clone saga by Gerry Conway (writer) and Ross Andru (artist).
I had the original comic at one time, but have apparently lost it. As I don't want to seek out another copy, does anybody know if this article has been posted online anywhere??
It was a very entertaining article that tried to address the fans' many concerns about the then-revolutionary storyline about a Gwen clone. This was a big deal back then because in those days, Marvel didn't bring back dead characters.
If anyone knows and can post a link to this classic text, it would be most appreciated.
Thanks!
