When is the big Superman/Wonder Woman crossover suppose to happen? I remember reading about it in Wizard, and this crossover event is suppose to deal with the breakdown of Superman and Wonder Woman's friendship.

Also, is it going to expand over all three Superman books, just like the Superman/Captain Marvel crossover is?

Just wondering, thats all :).

I think it's going to happen somewhere in the summer. As far as where, you
got me there but Rucka is writing both Adventures of Superman and Wonder
Woman. According to Rucka, Superman and Wonder Woman will clash over
their MO's while battling a common enemy.

According to june solicitations, Wonder Woman will do something (and by that something, they mean the way Diana answers to a new challenge) that will, supposedly, "shake the DCU to its core". Perhaps that's the thing that will make Superman disapprove of her actions.

No, probably make out with Lois :p . But seriously, she may actually kill some one before Kingdom Come in it.

Do you think that Superman will ever trust Wonder Woman again after the
horrific act she will commit in front of him?

I don't think DC will ever permanently break up the Big 3. Just my opinion, but it seems that so much of the DCU revolves around them that it wouldn't make too much sense to drive a wedge between the #1 male and female characters in DC.

If there is such a crossover, I just hope Rucka isn't writing it. His Wonder Woman run is good, but he's portrayed his Superman as weak and indecisive by comparison. Two very, very un-Superman-like qualities.

Lupe to Superman in AOS #630, after Superman flies into S.T.A.R. Labs and gets out some hostages at super-speed: "Dammit, don't ignore me!"
Superman: "I didn't ignore you, Lieutenant. I just took the opportunity that was presented. Now all we have to worry about is the one's still in the lab."
Lupe: "I let you go in there, I'm worried you don't come out again."
Superman: "I share the concern. But it's never stopped me before."

Uhh... yeah... what a total puss Rucka's made Supes into. You see that way he just let Lupe tell him what to do there? Or the way he just mulled over what action to take with the hostages in there? (rolls eyes)

Even if that way is flying around the world in circles to somehow effect a 'rewind' of time.

It makes perfect sense. It is wedges between established relationships that creates good drama. To my mind, there hasn't been enough tension or disagreement between these characters and the last few years. A careful look at each of these characters, one can see where natural fractures would show themselves. Wonder Woman's willingness to kill when needed, Batman's cynical attitude can easily be contrary to Superman's own worldview, for instance.

I think the wedges put between the Big Three will make them more interesting.

Totally agree. Actually, it's logical for these guys to have difficult relationships. Each of them see the world in a very different way.
