Alex Louis armstrong

Background: The strong arm Alchemist, a muscle bound dandy whose incredibly proud of his family, his body, and his personal skills. Acting on Mustangs orders as personal bodyguard to the Elrich brothers.

Stage: Central, Various state Alchemists are standing at attention in the background.

Normal Intro 1: stands with arms folded behind himself, rips off jacket and does pose, then assumes fighting stance.

Normal Intro 2: Already shirtless and mid pose, takes a look at his opponent smirks, then takes his fighting stance.

Intro vs.Mustang: Salutes Mustang, then takes fighting stance.

Intro vs. Ed: Walks over and pats Ed on the head, Ed angrily shoves him back and they assume fighting stances.

Intro vs. evil opponent (Scar, Kagato, Etc.) shakes fist menacingly at opponent, bad guy does normal intro.

Intro vs. Sannoske: Both fighters punch each other in the fist, creating sparks, then they give a thumbs up to one another and assume fighting stances.

Special attacks:

Armstrong special: launches a rock at opponent with fist, think Uriens projectile from street fighter. (Chargeable, punch button used determines trajectory.)

Armstrong crash: Armstrong slams fist into ground, causing debri to fly into the air in front of him, basically the same as Hulks projectile from the Marvel vs. games.

Armstrong counter: Armstrong strikes a pose, if he's hit during this time he counters and smashes his opponent.

Supers:

Armstrong blitz: Armstrong winds up and slams his opponent with a big alchemic punch. Loads of damage.

Armstrong destroyer: Armstrong strikes the ground, creating a massive explosion that engulfs his half of the screen.

Victory pose 1: Armstrong poses again.

Victory pose 2: somebody throws Armstrong his coat from offscreen. he puts it on and shakes his head.

Victory quotes:

"Dont despair, you did well considering you were facing the Armstrong techniques handed down through generations."

"It is the Armstrongs duty to create and destroy! consider yourself the latter."

Vs. evildoer: "Evil will never compare to the power of the Armstrongs!"

Vs. Mustang: "Sorry about that sir... Hope your not hurt too badly."

Vs. Ed: "You've still got alot to learn young Elrich."

Vs. Sannoske: "Not a bad spar at all, It was a pleasure mr. Sagara."

Robotech: Umm . . .Tetsuo as a playable fighter? Wouldn't he be a tad bit too powerful?

Pirate Captain Buggy the clown

Background: An apprentice pirate alongside the legendary pirate captain Snaks, Buggy accidentally ate the cursed Chop Chop fruit, which gave him the power to split his body up into seperate pieces. Gathering a crew of circus themed pirates he set out to conquer the grand line, but was defeated by Luffy D. Monkey. he later teamed up with Iron Mace Alvida to get revenge on Luffy, but was beaten again. He remains at large.

Stage: the deck of Buggys ship. Various clown like pirates are partying in the background.

Intro 1: Buggy comes down from the sky piece by piece, ALA sentinel from the VS. series.

Intro 2: Buggy is sitting in a throne, he stands and knocks the throne away.

Intro Vs. Luffy: Luffy smiles and shakes his arm menacingly, Buggy cackles evilly.

Intro Vs. Shishio: Shishio charges and clashed Buggy, cutting him in half. He stands with his back away from Buggy when one of Buggys hands flies up with a dagger and nearly strikes him. Shishio blocks the attack and leaps back. Buggy cackles as he pulls himself together. Shishio smiles and says "Well, now, this will be interesting."

Special attacks:

Dagger throw: Buggy throws a knife at enemy. simple enough.

Chop Chop Buzz saw: Buggy sends his feet flying at the enemy like a buzz saw.

Chop Chop Quick dodge: Buggy's head detaches from his body. If he's attacked during this the attack misses unless its a super.

Chop Chop teleport: Buggy's body breaks apart and reassembles somewhere else on the screen.

Buggys crew, Mohji: Mohji appears on screen, richie leaps in and slashes at a downward angle. Then they both walk offscreen.

Buggys crew, Cabaji: Cabaji rides in on a unicycle and slashes at the opponent, hits multiple times.

Buggsy crew, Alvida: Alvida jumps in, smashes the opponent with her iron mace, blows a kiss to buggy and jumps back.

Supers:

Special buggy balls: Buggy yells "FIRE THE CANNON!" then a cannon appears from buggys side of the screen. Buggy jumps up on it and laughs as it fires a massive fireball at the enemy.

Chop Chop Festival: Buggy bursts into pieces. If the opponent is close enough when this happens they get knocked into the air and juggled in a mulit hit attack as all the seperate pieces smack him around.

Victory pose: Buggy's hands go offscreen and come back with a wine glass and bottle. Buggy laughs as he pours himself a drink.

Victory pose 2: as above, but alvida comes on screen, wraps her arms around Buggy and kisses him.

Victory pose 3: Buggy pulls a map out from under his hat, checks it, and laughs evilly.

Victory quotes:

"hahaha! your treasure is mine!"

"I am the greatest pirate ever!"

"Thats for making fun of my nose!"

"Load the buggy balls! lets wreck this place!"

(Vs. Luffy) "Shanks, youre next!"

(Vs. Shishio) "Think I'm weak? speak for yourself you bandaged freak!"

Next character: Yomiko Readman or Sasami, havent decided yet.

Nice write ups, Crinos. Let me try Luffy:

Monkey D. Luffy

Background: An ambitious, yet kind, young pirate captain who sails the seas with his faithful crew. His greatest dream is to find the legendary treasure "One Piece" and become King of the Pirates. He gained the power to stretch himself after accidentally ingesting the cursed Gum-Gum Fruit.

Stage: The deck of Luffy's ship, the "Merry Go", with some non-playable Straw Hat pirates watching in the background.

Intro 1: Luffy does some "stretching", literally bending over backwards at one point

Intro 2: Luffy rotates his arm with a stern loon on his face

Intro vs. Buggy-
Buggy: So we meet again, Gum-Gum Boy!
Luffy: And I'm gonna send you packing, just like before. So maybe you should give up now, and save yourself some unnecessary pain!
Buggy: Argh... your optimism is so annoying! Just like Shanks...

Special Attacks-

Gum-Gum Pistol: Luffy attacks by stretching out an arm to hit his opponent, basically a powered-up long-distance punch.

Gum-Gum Bazooka: Luffy stretches his arms backward, then brings them both together at once to strike his opponent.

Gum-Gum Balloon: Counter move; Luffy inflates his body like a balloon, negating physical blows and sometimes reflecting projectile attacks.

Gum-Gum Whip: Luffy stretches out his leg and brings it around in a low sweeping kick.

Gum-Gum Bell: Luffy grapples with his enemy, then stretches his neck back and brings it forward again, hitting his opponent with a high-speed headbutt.

Gum-Gum Hammer: Throw; Luffy entwines his arms like a piece of rope as he grabs his opponent, then spins and slams them into the ground behind him.

Gum-Gum Axe: Luffy stretches his leg into the air, then brings it down on his opponent in a devastating kick.

Gum-Gum Spear: Luffy does a hand stand and extends both legs, feet pressed together, in a powerful thrust towards the opponent.

Supers-

Gum-Gum Gatling Gun: Luffy attacks with a furious flurry of stretchy-armed punches.

Victory Pose: Luffy takes off his hat, looks at it, and holds it to his chest, eyes closed.

Victory Pose 2: Luffy nods, with a stern expression on his face, then breaks into a cheesy grin and gives a thumbs-up to the camera.

Victory Lines:

"I'm gonna be King of the Pirates!"

"Watch it, you almost damaged my hat!"

"I'm not gonna lose today!"

(vs. Buggy) "That's what you get for messing with my prized possession... and my friends!"

Yomiko Readman

Background: A secret agent of the British based Section A special Library force. The Japanese Yomiko appears to be something of an airhead, being klutzy, sweet natured and totally obsessed with books. However this is at least partially an act, for when provoked she employs her deadly mastery of paper manipulation, more than earning her the name "Agent Paper."

Stage: Jokers office, shelves of Books line the walls, Joker sits at his desk in the center, apparently uninterested with the fighting going on around him.

Intro 1: Yomiko is reading a book when she notices her opponent. She pushes up her glasses, puts the book away, then assumes her fighting stance.

Intro 2: Yomiko runs in from her side of the screen, trips and falls, then sits up, sighs, pushes up her glasses and stands.

Intro Vs. Million Knives: Yomiko is readin a book as per intro one, Knives pulls out his gun and fires three bullets, which Yomiko blocks with a sheet of paper. Yomiko slams the book shut and mutters "I was reading you know" angrily, Knives looks impressed.

Intro vs. Gluttony: Gluttony his holding a book out as if to give it to Yomiko, when she reaches out Gluttony shoves it in his mouth and swallows it whole. Yomiko looks pissed off.

Specials:

Paper cut: Yomiko throws a piece of paper, standard fireball

Paper whip: Yomiko uses a long rope of paper to grab her opponent and send them flying.

Paper cocoon: kinda like Anakaris special throw from darkstalker, wraps up opponent in paper and slams them on the ground.

Paper block: Yomiko holds up a piece of paper. Any fireballs that hit her in this state are deflected back at the opponent.

Supers:

Paper Plane: Yomiko looks astonished into the sky when a large paper plane falls from the sky and slams into the opponent.

Read or die!: Yomiko pushes up her glasses and throws a barrage of paper sheets at her opponent ALA Gambit of the vs. series, if they connect he becomes cocooned. Then Yomiko rushes over with a paper sword and slashes the enemy multiple times.

Victory pose 1: Yomiko pulls out a cell phone, opens it and says "Mission acomplished Joker."

Victory pose 2: Yomiko pulls out her book from the intro and reads it as she walks away.

Victory Pose vs. Gluttony: Walks over to Gluttony and shoves her hand down his throat, produces saliva covered book, which she holds away from her in disgust.

Victory quotes:

"Can I please have my book back?"

"It was a pleasure to meet you! really!"

"Oh darn, I lost my place."

"Joker, this is Agent paper, the enemy has been neutralized."

(Vs. Knives) "A futuristic I jin? I must inform Joker at once!"

(Vs. Gluttony) "Oh dear, how am I going to explain this to Joker?"

Next: Sasami and Ryo ohki.

Actually, it should go like this for Ranma:

Ranma Saotome

Stage: The Tendou Dojo.

Background:

A student of Nerima High School in Tokyo, this fighter is the self-proclaimed master of Anything Goes School of Martial Arts. Having been in training since the age of four with his "Pops", Genma Saotome, Ranma didn't have much of a social life. Upon arriving in Nerima at the age of sixteen, Ranma moved in with a local resident and family friend, the Tendos. Hilarity ensued as Ranma was promised to one of the Tendo daughters, Akane. This one event set in motion a constant string of suitors, battles, and near-catastrophes. Ranma has been fighting all-comers to protect the Tendo dojo. This includes; other martial artists, crazy monsters, and gods. After the unaccomplished wedding, Ranma has sought out this tournament as a "training mission" from his "Pops", Soun, and Happosai.

Special Techniques:

Amaguriken (Like Chun-Li's Lightning Kick but with both hands. Multiple strikes that are blurred.)

Sword-Stand Kick (Can only be done to opponents that attack with a long melee weapon. Jumps on the tip of the opponent's weapon and then kicks the opponent in the face. Used as a counter move.)

Moko Takabishi (Much like Chun-Li's Kikou Blast. Fires a ball of energy at the opponent.)

Flying Ki Kick (A powerful flying kick that goes across the screen.)

Neko-Ken Mode (Ranma sees a cat and goes in to Neko-Ken. Increases attack power and speed. Ranma also can not be knocked down or stunned in this mode. However, Ranma can't block or use special/super techniques, except one.)

Umisenken - (Like a teleport move. Ranma goes invisible, automatically appears behind his opponent, and strikes them in the back.)

Super Techniques:

Concentrated Amaguriken Strike (Performed in the air. Ranma punches his opponent with hundreds of punches that look like one and smashes them into the ground with it.)

Super Moko Takabishi (Can be performed in the air. Ranma shoots a massive Moko Takabish Beam into the opponent.)

Hiru Shoten Ha (The higher the Super Meter an opponent has the more damage the move does. Ranma unleashes a ki tornado that knocks an opponent into the air and severly damages them when they crash into the ground. Must perform as a parry attack.)

Hiyru Korin Dan (Performed in the air. Requires max super meter and the higher the opponents super meter the more damage it does. Ranma lets loose with a powerful ki blast that is composed of his own energy and his opponents. Leaves Ranma dizzy/stunned after performing the move.)

Neko-Ken Fury (Requires Ranma to be in Neko-Ken mode and have max super meter. Ranma unleashes a massive combo on his opponents that consists of fast moving claw strikes all around the opponent and basically mauls them. Ranma automatically reverts to regular form after this move is completed.)

Regular Costume:

Ranma in Red Shirt and Black Pants.

Alternate costume(s):

Ranma in White Shirt, Black Pants, and Gold Cuffs.
Ranko (Girl-form Ranma) in Red Shirt and Black Pants.
Ranko (Girl-form Ranma) in Green Long-sleeved shirt, green pants and a green hat.

Special Features for Alternate-form Ranma:

The girl-form of Ranma is faster and can jump higher. However, this form takes more damage and is weaker in strength than boy-form.

Intro Poses and Quotes:

Ranma gets into his combat stance and then cracks his knuckle on his right hand by flexing it.

Ranma comes walking in wet and clearly pissed off. Then, gets into fighting stance.

Ranma comes crashing down from the sky, lands on his head, gets up disoriented, and then gets into stance.

VS. Ryouga or Moouse - Ranma walks to the center of the screen when Ryouga jumps out and tries to clobbers him, screaming "Ranma!!! Prepare to die!!!!" He backflips out of the way and gets into stance.

VS. Happosai - Ranma is standing in the center of the stage. Happosai comes running in with a bagful of undergarments and Ranma kicks him in the face. Happosai gets up and flares his battle aura while Ranma stands straight up and filled with cockiness.

Vs. Demitri - Demitri has Akane in his arms and is lowering his face to her neck. A blur shoots across the stage and into Demitri, knocking the vampire a couple of feet away and onto the ground. Ranma appears with Akane in his arms. He sets her down and she runs off. Ranma's battle aura is blazing as he gets into stance. Demitri looks pissed that he was denied his meal. "You shouldn't have put your hands on Akane. She's my fiance'. Prepare for some pain."

Taunt:

Ranma pulls his cheek down with one finger and sticks out his tongue.

Winning Poses and Quotes:

Falls on his butt and wipes the sweat off of his forehead with his left arm. "Damn! You could take as much punishment as Ryouga!"

Akane comes running in and cracks him in the head with a mallot, sending him off screen. "AHHHRHHHHHGHHHGHRHHG"

Ranma stands up straight and places his hand on the back of his head. "Don't be disappointed. The other guys feel the same way."

Vs. Ryouga or Mousse - Ranma stands over his opponent, pulls out a bucket of water, and douses his opponent with it. He instantly transforms into his cursed form. "When are you ever gonna learn, P-chan/Ducky?"

Vs. Happosai - Ranma walks over to the old lech, picks him up off the ground by his shirt, and sends him flying into the air with a punch to the chin. "Next time I won't go so easy on you old perv."

Vs. Demitri - Akane comes running into Ranma's arms and cries into his chest. Ranma stands there, looking at his opponent, and holding Akane. "I will always protect you Akane. I promise."

Hell why not sounds like fun!!! Heres a couple of newer chars from my list:

Evil Chii:

Type: enhanced Chobit

Model features: Plasma powercore[non-EMP sensitive] Reinforced boron carbide endoskeleton, ablative armour generator on-board, regenerative ablative shielding on shins and forearms, add-in combat drive, add-in weapons drive, synthetic carbon/kevlar-based skin fiber, secondary backup drive[VERY low stun time] On-board low-yield drive nacelle On-board weapons: elbow-deployed cutting blades, MASER cannon biomorphic arm[left] ionic-molecular spar deployed through right palm, 2 x 7.62mm handguns housed in thighs[28 rounds each] and finally an uprated ASUS central processor, 2.2 times faster and more powerful than her old one which lets her gather, process and implement fresh combat data while mantaiing her old abilities.

[B]Notes: Looks like Chii, sounds like Chii, even goes "Chii" btween sentences, but the new version is far deadlier; several years after the events in Chobits, Persocoms start being replaced by the far superior 2nd Type androids. The Chobits are forced into hiding, and are hunted down one by one by the Megacorps. Hideki is killed in a car chase, and Chii is critically damaged.

Found by a strange mad scientist and shipped away to a mountain base which specializes in Assassin-roid and 3rd-Type research, Chii gets a new experimental synthetic body which was designed and engineered for combat. She is brought online again, but her personality system remains the same: she learns of Hideki's death, and in that one-track brain of hers, the only way to bring him back is to gain access to God himself, and the closest thing to a God that she has managed to find is Akira.

Her single purpose in life now is this: find Akira, beat, shoot, plasma and blow the living crap out of him until he agrees to bring her beloved back to life again, or make him end the world so that all sentient beings can once again meet on the spirit plane.

Opening poses:

Landing from the sky: she gets dropped ut of a plane and smashes ito the ground, standing up again she powers up as the nacelle lines along her limbs glow red, then checks the IM spar by extending it a bit, then pops it back and turns to her opponent,"You are in my way, step aside or be destroyed; Hideki is waiting for me..."

Park bench: Sits, eats and looks around for a bit, until her opponent arrives. Then she stands up, and goes, "file number XXXXX, *opponents name,* where is Akira?"

The oppoent goes somthing like "I dont know" or "you're crazy to think you can find him," Chii gets mad and powers up. "When you get to the spirit world, tell Hideki that I am on my way..."

Combos:

Chainfire[full screen range, can be blocked, can be cancelled by projectiles]: runing axe kick to the opponent's head, pinning him/her to the ground, then deploys the twin handuns and pumps round after round into their bodies

MASER wreck[full range, blockable, goes through projectiles]: warps in front of the opponent, then grabs by the neck while bringing out the cannon and then fires full power from the abdomen upeards, effectively gutting the enemy.

Brain-dead[half-screen range, unblockable]: impaled opponent with the spar and drags hm/her towrard her, then clamps onto their head and does Sachiel's move from NGE, busting through thier skull and sending them flying backwards.

Giga MASER smash: full screen AOE shot, unblockable in the air

Normal moves:

Axe kick[nacelle-powered]

Scissors kick[nacelle-powered]

Dead-drop: downwards elbow[nacelle-powered]

Skull crush: charging attack, 1/4 screen range, charges towards enemy and then knee kick to their jaw while pulling their head downwards.

Elbow crush: repeated spinning elbow strikes[nacelle-powered]

MASER smash: high-powered MASER stream

Random Slash: 1/4 acreen range, IM spar used to slash madly in the air, 1/4 screen AOE, unblockable in the air.

Nabeshi runs Chii over with his LanEVO, and then gets out.

Hideki and CHii are reunited, but the Gates fo Hevan open before them and out steps you-know-who.

"Chii, you have broken the chains of time and reality, Hideki must return to the spirit world."

"I don't want to, but I will make you let him go if I must..."

"Then Chii will destroy you as well..."*powers up*

Ending: Chii and Hideki are back i their apartment having SUkiyaki, and Hideki keeps talking about his adventures in the spirit world. Chi just smiles and listens. ALl of a sudden, Sumomo starts screaming that somthing is coming towards them and that it's all over the news. Both of them look out the window and see the Trigger of Destruction coming down from space, Khalia stands on top of it heralding the doom of Earth.

Hideki just stands there bewdelred, while Chii changes back into her battle gear.

"Hideki, Chii will be back in a moment, just have to go blow someone out of the sky again..."

Guyver

History: When high school student Sho Fukamachi accidentally chances upon an alien symbiote known as the Guyver, little did he know that he has unleashed one of the greatest fighting forces known to man. With the Zoanoid warriors of Chronos in pursuit, he is now all that stands between humanity and a zoanoid future Chronos has in store for humankind.

Opening Scenes:

Intro 1: Sho standing with his head lowered. Takes a look at his opponent, then at the sky, before shouting "Guyver!" In a heartbeat, he is suited up, releases a signature puff of steam from the oral vents and assumes fighting pose.

Intro 2: Sho is already suited up, descending from the sky. Touches down, assumes fighting stance.

Normal Moves:

Head laser - standard fireball move; fires a short burst from his head laser. Can be done standing, crouching, or airborne.

Pressure Cannon - Heavy fireball move; Gravity orb at the waist glows, then fires off a gravity blast from the hands.

Sonic Maelstrom - Short-ranged, wide-angle move. Unleashes a cone of sonic waves from the sonic emitters.

Elbow Blade combo - Two (or three with a heavy punch) strikes from the Guyver's elbow blades.

Divebomb - Aerial move; swoops down and slashes with elbow blades.

Supers:

Mega Smashers - Opens up chest armour to reveal Mega Smashers, and lets loose with its unbridled fury

Blade Fury - Extends elbow blades, dashes towards opponent. If it connects, the Guyver unleashes a combo of punches, slashes and kicks. Finishes with an airborne spinning strike from his blades.

Winning Poses and Quotes:

Victory 1: Releases gas from oral vents, opens up one side of chest armour as control medal glows.

Victory 2: Unsuits, the armour vanishes and Sho drops down onto one knee.

Quote 1: I'm sorry that my presence has caused so much suffering - for that, Chronos must pay!

Princess Sasami (AKA pretty Sammy)

*Note, for continuity purposes, the character draws from all three Tenchi series, as will all the Tenchi characters I write up save Kagato (whom will be the OVA version.), Sasami will also have elements of Pretty Sammy, although I'm unfamilar with the series.*

Background: The younger sister of Princess Aeyeka of planet Jurai, she was fatally injured during the attack of space pirate Ryoko on Jurai, and forced to merge with the spirit of Tsunami, the flag ship of the Jurai empire, and member of a triumvirate of goddesses (including lady Tokimi and the now retired Washuu) to survive. Followed her sister to earth in search of Ryoko and Yosho, their older brother and heir apparent of earth. After thousands of years their journey brought them to earth. After some misadventures Sasami, her sister, Ryoko and several others came to live in a small shrine in rural Japan with the hapless Tenchi Masaki. Sasami usually travels with the company of Asaka and Kamadaki, the legendary guardians of Jurai (The ones from tenchi universe, not the flying logs) and her and Ryoko's co pet, the shapeshifting Ryoh oki.

Stage: outside the Masaki shrine. Katsuhito (Yosho's disguise) is sweeping in the background, cherry blossoms are falling.

Intro 1: Sasami is watching Ryo Ohki do her Kawaii dance when they notice the opponent, Ryo ohki morphs into her cabbit form and hisses at the opponent, Sasami goes into her fighting stance.

Intro 2: Sasami and Ryo Ohki jump in with Sasami dressed up as Pretty Sammy, she changes back into her civilian clothes as the battle starts.

Intro Vs. Tenchi: Sasami waves to tenchi saying "Hi tenchi!". Tenchi smiles, waves back, and throws a carrot to Ryo Ohki, who quickly eats it.

Vs. Ayeka: Both Ayeka and Sasami wave to one another and say "Good luck!" at the same time.

Vs. Gluttony: Sasami is surprised to See Tenchi there, waving and smiling. She starts to move towards him, but Ryo Ohki's hissing gives him away. Sasami steps back and says "Youre not Tenchi!". 'Tenchi' turns into Envy as Gluttony appeares from the shadows nearby. Envy walks off screen saying "She's all yours Gluttony."

Special attacks:

Sammy heart beam!: Sasami twirls around, briefly changing into her pretty sammy guise, then shoots off a heart, basic fireball.

Royal guard Asaka: Asaka (from Tenchi universe) appears and charges towards and smashes the enemy with multi hit staff attack, then leaps offscreen.

Royal guard Kamadaki: Kamadaki appears and fires a viper beam like beamat the opponent.

Supers:

Super heart Beam: Sasami morphs into pretty Sammy and fires a pink beam. Beam always dizzies if it connects.

Ryo ohki surprise part 1: Sasami launches Ryo Ohki into the air, then throws a carrot at the opponent. If the carrot misses then Ryo ohki comes back down normally and lands back next to Sasami. If it connects Ryo Ohki comes down on the enemy in her spaceship form. Unblockable and does mass damage.

Ryo Ohki surprise part 2: Ryo Ohki morphs into her mecha form (from Tenchi in tokyo) and Sasami climbs in. Operates like Sonson and Servbots morph supers from MvC2: lasts a limited time, attacks do mass damage.

Tsunami's rage: (Power bar must be at MAX to use this one.) Sasami morphs into Tsunami and launches the light hawk wings at opponent. Unblockable and do sick amount of damage, slow moving though, and can be dodged easily.

Victory pose 1: Ryo ohki turns back into humanoid form and continues her dance. Sasami watches with glee.

Victory pose 2: Asaska and Kamadaki pick up Sasami and Ryo Ohki respectively, one of them says "Its no longer safe here princess." and the pair leap into the air and out of sight.

Victory Pose 3: Sasami spins around and does a pose in her pretty Sammy guise.

Victory quotes:

"Are you okay Ryo Ohki?"

"That was fun!"

"I better get back home now, Tenchi and the others will be expecting dinner soon."

"Pretty Sammy triumphs again!"

(Vs. Tenchi) "That was fun Tenchi!... Tenchi?"

(Vs. Ayeka) "You okay Ayeka?"

(Vs. Gluttony) "If you were hungry, you just had to ask."

OT: Also, if someone could inform me to Greed and Sloths super powers, I'd be happy to make them strikers for Gluttony as well.

Master Megatron/Megatron (Megatron from Transformers: Galaxy Force/Transformers: Cybertron)

Stage - The Decepticon "stronghold" from Galaxy Force - a huge world of fire. Thundercracker, Gasket, and Landbullet cheer in the background.

Intro 1 - Megatron appears out of his firey warp gate, and laughs, before wagging his finger at his opponent and crossing his arms.

Intro 2 - Flies in in jet mode, flying across the screen several times before coming in, hovering off the ground, and landing with his arms crossed.

Intro 3 - Drives across the screen in vehicle mode, before transforming and landing in a fighting pose.

Intro against Galaxy Convoy - The two glare at one another, scream, and throw a bunch, their fists striking another and sending out a shockwave, followed by them posing in their fighting stances.

Intro against Starscream - Megatron laughs, and says "You dare stand against me?!" Starscream replies "There can be only one ruler of the universe." The two then pose and prepare to fight.

(I can't think of a comical one...)

Special Attacks

Master Shockwave - Megatron places his hands together and lets out an energy blast.

Laser Bolt - Bends over, releasing twin blasts from the weapons mounted on his back.

Megatron Crash - Transforms into vehicle mode and barrels through the enemy.

Special Attacks:

Force Chip Ignition! Super Megatron Crash! : Megatron transforms into car mode, and summons his force chip, activating his special thrusters and doing multiple hits with his vehicle mode.

Force Chip Ignition! Master Cannon! - Megatron summons another force chip, activating his cannon, from which he unleashes multiple gattling attacks.

(MAX attack) Emperor of Destruction - Megatron screams, as he uses Force Chip ignition, growing huge and moving off the screen - seconds later, his fists repeatedly slam down onto the ground.

Victory Quotes:

"Let this galaxy be destroyed!"

"There can be only one emperor of the galaxy."

"You fall before me as all my enemies shall!"

(Vs Galaxy Convoy) "This is a Cybertron's strength? I will claim the power of a god!"

Rio Kinezono.

Background: Rio is the main character of Burn Up W! (Warrior)! and Burn Up Xcess (Excess); a girl with a seemingly on-off switch in her personality. On missions, Rio is serious, strong-willed, and practically fearless. She is an expert at close-quarters combat. Outside those kinds of situations, however, Rio becomes someone very different: almost bubble-headed in nature. Her personal life is filled with shopping, debts (usually from shopping), scrounging for money, and the constant use of her feminine wiles. She loves to tease her supervisor as well as Yuji, the only male member of Warrior.

Stage: Tokyo Police Station, with the rest of Team Warrior in the background. Yuji is taping the whole fight with his camera, a huge lecherous grin on his face.

Special Attacks:

Shot to the Head! An average, quick but not too strong projectile attack. Rio draws a gun and, um, shoots her adversary. That's all.

Electric Baton! Rio delivers quite a shock by getting near you and hitting you with her standard police electrified baton.

Warrior Frenzy! Now you made her mad! Rio throws herself feet-first against you and unleashes a wild, fast combo of kicks and punches at you.

Supers:

Maya, the Trigger Happy Striker! Rio's friend Maya appears next to her and shoots you with a bazooka. A friggin' big bazooka. Laughing in sheer gun fetichist delight as she does so.

A Giant Step for a Blonde! With fellow officer/mecha designer Nanvel's special gadget, Rio can (apparently) grow up to giant size for a few moments and give a big stomp on you.

The Satellite Loves You, Baby! A special satellite orbiting Earth is in love with Rio. I kid you not. When your MAX bar is full, you can call in for its help and it will shoot mercilessly death from above on you, sucker.

Intro against Boomer: "Aw, no, robots again. I hate robots".

Intro against Lina Inverse: "I heard you were in this for money, eh? I can respect that... But I wasn't expecting you to were such a young, small breasted kid".

Lina's angry reply: "Don't EVER call me like that!!!".

Victory quotes:

Normal: "Now to go collect that paycheck!". Or "Don't take it personally. I only did it for the money!".

Vs. Nabiki Tendo: "Now... you should see you have no business fighting me!".

Intro 1: Van flies down and draws his sword as his wings moult away.

Intro 2: Escaflwone stands at the ready as Van leaps from the cockpit.

Specials:

It's good to be the king: Balgus appears and attacks.

Premonition: Van briefly dodges, avoiding incoming attacks.

Charge!: rushing sword strike

Take flight: Van leaps in the air and dives at his opponent.

Supers:

Old Friends: Allen Appears in Scherezade and attacks.

Escaflowne: Escaflowne flies across the screen in dragon mode.

Gluttony

Background: One of seven evil Homunculi (Artifical life forms created in botched attempts to ressurect the dead with Alchemy) based on the seven deadly sins. Gluttony is the team musle, a brainless brute who uses Alchemy to eat people. Usually accompanied by Lust and Envy, the Homuncili seek the philosophers stone to become truly human.

Stage: Father Cornello's temple in Lior. Occasionaly a scared as hell Cornello will pop his head out from behind the statue of the sun god, then pull it back.

Intro 1: Gluttony and Lust are on screen, Gluttony leans foward and says "Can I eat them lust?" Lust walks says "If you wish," Then walks off screen. Gluttony goes into a fighting stance.

Intro 2: Gluttony is looming over the body of a random Alchemist, he looks up, see's his opponent, then kicks the Alchemist away and motions for the enemy to come to him.

Intro vs. Sasami, Yomiko- See independent entries.

Intro Vs. Vash the Stampede: Gluttony has a nameless girl's head in his mouth (Ala when he and Lust strong armed Marcoh) Vash looks shocked and fires somes shots at Gluttony, he looks up, letting the girl run away. Gluttony snarls angrily and the two go into a fighting stance.

Intro vs. Majin Buu: Buu points at Gluttony then says "Me eat you!" Then points and says "No, me eat you!" Then they go back forth like this for a few minutes, ending with both of them saying, "ILL EAT YOU!" at the same time.

Specials:

Shoulder dash: Gluttony shoulder charges opponent.

Big chomp: Gluttony rears his head back and takes a big bite.

Arm bite: Special throw, If it connects Gluttony grabs opponents arm and bites it.

Lust stab: Lust jumps out and stabs opponent with extended claws.

Specials:

Dinner time!: Shungokusastsu like move. Gluttony dashes foward, and if her connects lights go out and we hear chomping. when lights come back on opponent is on floor. unblockable, does mucho damage.

Envious: Gluttony jumps off screen and Envy jumps in, becoming a copy of the opponent. Can use all opponents attacks except supers. lasts a limited time.

Seven deadly sins of mine: Like captain storm from the VS series. Gluttony dashes foward and knocks opponent into the air, then he and the six other sins jump in and strike mid air. at the end of the combo Gluttony gives a big thumbs up while the other Sins pose behind him.

Win pose 1: Gluttony walks over and picks up downed opponent. Rears head back like and big chomp, then as screen goes black we hear a sickening chomp.

Win pose 2: Gluttony turns to the screen, smiles and gives a thumbs up.

Win pose vs. Vash the stampede: The girl that Vash 'saved' in the intro returns and changes into Envy. she high fives Gluttony and says "That was too easy." Gluttony says "Yeah."

Win quotes:

"Yummy!"

"People, the other other white meat!"

*chomp*

(Vs. sasami) "Yum yum! sweet!"

(Vs. Yomiko) "Ugh, pulpy!"

(Vs. Vash) "Lust said not to eat this one... well, maybe just a bite..."

Tetsuo Shima

Background: A young biker from Neo-Tokyo, Tetsuo was captured by the Japanese military and underwent experiments that released his latent psychic powers. Unfortunately, the military discovered that Tetsuo was much more powerful than they imagined -- he could slaughter people with just a glance, cause massive earthquakes, and even survive in the vacuum of space. Now, Tetsuo is on a mad rampage to find Akira -- a mysterious being that is constantly reaching into his mind..

Stage: The shattered, ruined streets of Neo-Tokyo.

Intro 1: Tetsuo is on his knees, holding his head in pain. He notices his opponent, and slowly gets up into a fighting stance.

Intro 2: Testuo calmly walks onto the stage. He grins, flicks his wrist, and causes the ground in the middle to explode outward slightly. He then says "Let's do iiiiiiiit!"

Intro vs. Sasami - Looks irritated. "Oh great, another brat."

Intro vs. Akira- Testuo steps back. "You're him, aren't you? You're . . . you're Akira!" Testuo suddenly staggers back, clutching his head. "Stop . . messing . . . with . . .my . . . HEAAAAAD!" The ground promply explodes around Tetsuo.

Specials:

Psychic Shockwave -- The ground around Tetsuo's opponent explodes, sending them flying.

Teleport-- Tetsuo teleports behind his opponent.

Psychic Punch-- Tetsuo glows brightly and punches his opponent really, really hard.

Mega Shockwave -- A really big explosion hits Tetsuo's opponent.

Mutation-- Tetsuo' arm suddenly mutates and shoots forwards, smashing into his opponent and temporarily engulfing them.

Telekinesis#1- Testuo levitates his opponent and sends him flying into a wall.

Telekinesis*2- Testuo levitates a huge chunk of rock and smashes it into his opponent.

Win pose 1: Tetsuo clutches his head and falls to his knees in pain.

Win pose 2: Tetsuo bursts into mad cackling.

Win pose 3: Tetsuo grins, and the ground around him cracks under his power.

Stage: Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger Deluxe Stage in Hawaii turned into a giant iceberg by evil Dino Mechas

Intro 1: Doggie comes into the Arena with his Shades on and takes them off

Intro 2: Doggie holds up his SPD License and Says "Emergency Dekamaster!" Transforming into Dekamaster form

Intro 3: A transformed Doggie comes in and says "I quickly cut down evil Jigoku No Banken Dekamaster!"

Intro against Gluttony: Hmm an Homuniculi *turns around to Swan* 2 seconds.

Intro against Nabeshin: That is some afro. *activates D-sword Vega* Mind if I rearrange it?

Moves: Tornado Slash- Doggie Turns his sword around in a circle then strikes the opponent vertically then a horizontal strike in the middle

Roundhouse Strike-Doggie strikes the opponent's stomach with the sharp side of his Katana then reverses it to the flat side and strikes the opponent in the head

Ban's Rage- Dekared/Ban comes in and fires D-Magnum bullets at the opponent in rapid succession then Dekabreak comes in and Blows the opponent away with Seki Accel Blow

Team Attack- The Dekarangers come in and fire all their weapons at the same time on the opponent and doggie speedblitzes him/her with the D-sword Vega.

Speedblitz- Doggie Speedblitzes the opponent with his D-sword vega and puts him/her down

Rapid Blows- Doggie kicks, punches, and slashes his opponent repeatedly and very fast

Specialties

Vega Slash- Doggie's Finish off he spins his sword around in a circle and gets the attacking side of it to his right and flames surround the opponent and him he then speeds to the the opponent, Slashes them upward with the sharp attacking side, and they explode

Vega Tornado Slash- Doggie Spins his sword around in circles repeatedly creating a color illusion around his opponent and strikes him/her multiple times very hard if he wishes.

Vega Succession Technique-Hidden Finish off doggie has he speeds toward the opponent, disappears, gives him 9 blue energy sword blows in random areas, and reappears to have him/her drop dead.

Vash The Stampede

Background:

Vash The Stampede. The Humanoid Typhoon. The $$60,000,000,000 Man. The legendary crazed destroyer of cities goes by all of these names. However, aquiring amnesia after some very tragic events in his past, this gunman began to wonder the desert in search of answers and all the while protecting innocents from the wrongs of his plagued world. The bounty on his head has always provided interesting challenges, but none of them have ever stopped him. He will continue until he can find peace.

Stage:

Middle of a desolate looking Old West Town with the two insurance ladies in the background rooting for Vash and some townsfolk standing around Saloons, Hotels, and General Goods Stores.

Intro Poses and Quotes:

Vash comes strolling in with his hands in his pockets, whistling a jaunty tune. He sees his opponent, waves at them, and the fight starts. "How are you today?"

Vash comes walking in with his gun drawn and siting down his opponent. "It's time you paid for all your sins."

Vs. Any Female - Vash comes running in and his eyes bug out of his head. He then begins to profess his undying love to the girl. She strikes out at him and he backflips into a fighting stance. "My love! Let us dance in the moonlight! WHOA!"

Vs. Gluttony - *Already described in previous post*

Vs. Alucard - Both "men" walk on screen, draw their guns, and fire. The bullets collide in mid-air and both men look confused.

Special Techniques:

Draw Varmit (Vash pulls his gun out and fires into his opponent. Vash can fire up to six times by repeatedly tapping the punch button.)

Butt Smash (Vash rushes at his opponent and smashes the butt of his gun into their nose, stunning the opponent.)

Hidden Gun (Vash's arm transforms into his second gun and shoots the attacking opponent. Used as a counter move.)

Bullet Release (Vash pops his gun open and bullets fly into the air in front of him. Used as an air counter attack.)

Vash's Posse (Milly jumps onto the stage and fires her stungun into the opponent. If it connects, then Merly jumps out and unloads all 50 Derringers into the opponent.)

Vs. Any Female - Vash weeps and begins to twitch as he walks off screen. "Another one gone from my arms. WHY?!?!"

Vs. Gluttony - The girl that Gluttony tries to eat comes running in to get to Vash to thank him. Vash pulls out his gun and shoots her. The girls transforms into Envy as she falls to the ground. "Such a shame for a perfectly stunning woman to be tainted by sin."

Vs. Alucard - Vash walks over to the corpse to put a bullet into the creature's head, it turns into a black cloud with the shape of a dog's head, snaps at Vash, and disappears. "Hmmmmm....That was interesting."

Uzumaki Naruto

Background:

The rambuctious and, usually, highly skilled ninja that has set out on the grand mission of becoming Hokage. On his way to his ultimate goal he has encountered many opponents that vary in their talents, but are extremely deadly assassins. Very few people, even his closest friends, know about the dark secret that lies within Naruto. For lying sealed within his small frame, the Kyubi (demon fox) yearns to be freed. However, the curse that has afflicted the Kyubi is actually a blessing of sorts for Naruto. Tapping into the chakra of the demon allows the orange-clad ninja to attain massive power boosts. Nothing will stand in his way on his set path. That is his way of the ninja!

Stage: Chuunin Exam battle arena. The Hokage and Kazekage sit high up in their balcony. Hundreds of people are screaming in the filled arena.

Intro Poses and Quotes:

A cloud of smoke appears with a poof. As it clears you can see Naruto standing there in fighting stance. "Taste my way of the ninja."

Naruto flips down into fighting stance from the ceiling with a shuriken in his hand. "There you are! Let's go you bastard! I won't let you run this time!"

Vs. Sasuke - The two ninjas run into the fighting area, slide to a stop, and face each other. Naruto shoots Sasuke a glare and Sasuke smirks at Naruto. "Sasuke! I have been looking for you, damnit! Let's go!"

Vs. Happosai - A beautiful, naked blonde woman is standing in the middle of the stage. Suddenly, Happosai comes soaring down from the sky at an angle, and grabs ahold of the woman. The form turns to a cloud of smoke, makes a poof noise, and Happosai ends up holding a log. Naruto jumps in from the screen, laughing and Happosai punches the log. It explodes and Naruto laughs. "You look upset old man. You remind me of Ero-Sennin, except shorter. Time to experience what I do to pervs....that I don't know."

Vs. Buu - Naruto is standing in the middle of the stage. Buu flies in, lands, and turns Naruto into a piece of candy. As the candy floats to his mouth, it turns into a log. Buu blasts the log and growls as Naruto jumps down into the stage. "Alright, you weird pink freak. I'll teach you to try and eat me!"

Special Moves:

Shuriken Toss (Naruto throws a shuriken at his opponent. Can be done in the air. When done in Kage Bushi No Jutsu mode, it hits opponents five times instead of one)

Kage Bushin No Jutsu (Four clones of Naruto appear and move with him. This increases the amounts of hits Naruto does with one attack. Lasts a limited amount of time and can be canceled if Naruto takes too much damage.)

Naruto Rendan (Can only be done in Kage Bushin No Jutsu mode. 3 naruto clones slide under the opponent and kick him/her into the air. Naruto jumps off another clone, flips, and kicks the opponent into the ground.)

Henge (The opponent attacks and Naruto disappears in a puff of smoke. Naruto appears behind the opponent and hits them into air. In his original place, is a log. Used only as a counter-attack.)

Thousand Years of Pain (Naruto flips over the opponent and shoves a shuriken into the opponents ass. The fly into the air.)

Super Techniques:

Rasengan (Naruto creates a ball of chakra that is centered in the palm of his hand. He rushes in and hits the opponent with it. The ball engulfs the opponent, violently spinning them, and then sending them crashing into the other side of the screen.)

Thousand Years of Pain Attack Explosion (Naruto rushes in, flips over the opponent, lands, and shoves a shuriken in the opponents ass. The fly into the air and there is an explosion as the explosive ward obliterates the opponent.)

Kyubi Chakra Activation (Requires maxed out Super Meter. Greatly increases Naruto's strength, speed, and jumping height. Also, slowly regenerates his health. Lasts for a limited amount of time or until Naruto is hit with another Super Technique.)

Kyubi Kage Bushin No Jutsu Randen (Requires Kyubi mode and Kage Bushin Mode. Hundreds of Narutos slide under the opponent and kick him/her into the air. Hundreds more surround the opponent and punch them at the same time.)

Ninpou Kuchiyosek (Naruto summons the Gama Bunta and it shoots a giant wind blast at the opponent. Requires maxed Super Meter.)

Taunt:

Naruto turns into Sexy Naked Woman and strikes a sexy pose. Then he transforms back.

Victory Poses and Quotes:

Naruto flashes the cool guy pose (thumbs up and pearly white smile). "My way of the ninja succeeds again!"

Naruto summons the Gama Bunta a jumps onto his back. Then leaps away. "Another victory on my road to becoming Hokage!"

Vs. Sasuke - Naruto walks over to Sasuke's body, lifts up onto his shoulder, and leaps away. "Let's go home Sasuke."

Vs. Happosai - Naruto walks over to Happosai and places an explosive ward on the pervs back. He laughs as he leaps off and it explodes. "See where your hot-blooded lust gets you perv."

Vs. Buu - Naruto walks over to Buu, places a bowl of Ramen on him, and sits down to eat. "Now who's enjoying their dinner."

Kiddy Phenil

History: A former special investigations officer in the Tokyo police force, one of her cases involving a run-in with the rogue megadyne Wire left her nearly dead, and her entire squad wiped out in the process. Kiddy was barely saved from death by having 70% of her body rebuilt using cyber-grafts. Single-minded for revenge, she received combat upgrades to her cyber-grafts so that she may exact payback to her old enemy. After Wire self-terminated due to expiration of his system's lifespan, she now finds a new purpose in life with an old rival turned friend, Ralph Boomers.

Stage: Rooftop of a high-rise building in Silent Mobius' Mega-Tokyo.

Normal Intro 1: Kiddy rides atop the back of an AMP spinner piloted by Katsumi. Jumps off, gives Katsumi a thumbs-up before facing opponent in fighting stance.

Normal Intro 2: Kiddy checks her AMP uniform, cracks her knuckles together and stretches her neck a bit before into fighting stance.

Special Intro vs. Rio Kinezono: Kiddy and Rio start out in the middle of the screen. Both shout, "Oh yeah!" And exchange a few fake punches at each other. Both then jump back into their respective corners and assume fighting stance.

Special Intro vs. any robotic (or robot-looking) opponent: Looks at the opponent in a really pissed-off way, gives a thumbs-down, then assumes fighting stance.

Special Intro vs. Alucard: Kiddy looks shocked, then her expression changes to one of grim resolve before assuming fighting stance.

Normal Moves:

Floor 'em: Assumes defensive pose - when opponent gets too close or strikes with a melee attack, Kiddy judo-flips them to the ground and lands a downward punch.

Gunshot: Fires a single shot from her standard blaster. Can be used either on ground or airborne.

Crash Beat: Charges forward, fists flailing.

Back Problems?: Tackles opponent by the waist, and runs opponent back-first into one of the corners of the screen.

Supers:

Graviton Blast: Whips out her Graviton gun and fires its signature devastating black hole shot.

Spinner Attack: Katsumi attempts to kamikaze an AMP spinner into the opponent - bails out by detaching the pilot cockpit from the front propulsion unit, leaving the spinner to explode with the opponent.

Desperation's Gambit: Winds up and delivers the most vicious haymaker she can muster.

Victory Poses/Quotes:

Normal Victory 1: Lock and loads Graviton, and poses with gun across her chest 007 style.

Normal Victory 2: The Simurgh flagship looms into view. Smiling, Kiddy looks up, and waves her hand.

Victory vs. robotic opponent: Kiddy lowers her head solemnly, eyes closed. Ralph Boomers appears onscreen, goes up to her from behind and wraps his arms around her shoulders.

Victory vs. Rio Kinezono: Kiddy walks up to Rio, bends down, and offers her hand. Rio takes hold of Kiddy's hand as she helps for to her feet.

Normal Quote 1: That looked like it hurt, did I just get carried away? Maybe not...

Normal Quote 2: Fists of steel that cut to the bone, that's Kiddy Phenil number one! Wait, that didn't really rhyme...

Cyborg Kuro-chan.

Origin: The made for children (but deliriously wacky enough for any Animaniacs-like shows fan to like it) Cyborg Kuro-chan manga/anime series.

Background: Kuro was just a mostly normal, although smarter and more protective of his owners than usual, small black cat belonging to an elderly and clueless couple, the Fujis. One day, however, the evil (but stupid) Dr. Go kidnapped him and turned him into a powerful cyborg to help him conquest the world. Kuro refused and left. Nowadays, he tries to continue living a peaceful life as a simple pet, but often his peace is interrupted by all sorts of madcap adventures involving anything from alien invaders to rival cybernetic cats.

Stage: The rooftops of Tokyo, under a blue clear sky.

Intro:

Vs. Ranma: Kuro steps in, and Ranma takes a step back and screams in terror. Kuro huffes, "What's the matter, boy?". Ranma then is shown going Neko-ken. Kuro stares at him in mild surprise and says, "Okaaaaay. I see. Another day, another weirdo".

Vs. Vash:

Vash whines: "You know, I would prefer not to fight you, kitty...".
Kuro: "That's my line! But I don't think we have lots of alternatives, right?".
Vash sighes: "Alright...".

Vs. Excel: Excel steps in followed by Menchi. She smiles when facing Kuro.

Excel: "Oh, what a lucky day! A new supply of emergency food! Isn't that great, Menchi?".
Menchi: "Bark, bark!".
Kuro: "No one is ever gonna eat me, freak!".

Special Moves:

Sword Slash: Kuro whips out his signature huge sword and makes a big attack with it to his adversary.

Cat-ling Gun: Kuro unleashes the hand cannon hidden in one of his paws and shoots you.

Claw Slash: Think of Wolverine's claw slash attacks in the Capcom-made Marvel fighting games.

Super Moves:

Missiles Ahoy: Kuro shoots four small missiles from his back to his opponent.

Big Stomp: Usually played in the cartoon for a gag, one of Kuro's feet grows to giant size and he stomps on whoever's bothering him.

Hyperactive Kuro-chan: With the Power Bar at 100%, Kuro can go into Hyperactive Mode; his skin turns all red, and he runs wildly all around the arena for a few moments, causing a lot of damage if he touches you then. He is also totally invulnerable for that time.

Victory Quotes:

Normal victories: "Me-ow". Then he just sits back and licks his paws. Or he says, "Now go away and let me take a nap, willya?".

Vs. Ranma: "I'll admit, boy... You were right to be afraid of cats!".

Magical Gun: Negi takes out his Magical Gun and shoots magical energy at his opponent

Kei Fu Barrage: Kei Fu appears on screen and she and Negi delivers a Barrage of kicks and punches to the opponent.

Probitionary Contract: Negi activates any of his partner's contract and they come in and give the opponent a beating(Attacks depend on which girl)

Wind Arrows: Negi fires Wind Energy arrows at the opponent

Speedblitz: Negi gets on his wand or on the Ground and speedblitzes the opponent with his wind powers

Ultimate Attacks

Duplicate Copies: Negi uses a spell and creates 100 of him on screen and they speed blitz and cut the opponent with magical swords

Lightning Blast: Negi uses his wand to fire a very large Lightning Blast at the Opponent.

Ultimate Attack Lightning Duplicates Spell: Negi disappears off screen and multiple copies of him come on screen on wands and fills it up and speedblitzes the opponent with Lightning Energy igniting them, unavoidable for any opponent.

If you could create a fighting game (a 2-D animation one like Street Fighter or Guilty Gear XX) and have between 10 and 20 characters from assorted anime and manga, which ones would you choose? Also, what combos would each char have?

Ryo-Ohki: Would turn into a spaceship and blast the enemy from orbit. Alternately, she would turn into her baby girl form and do the ABC dance, and the opponent would be so busy making an "Aww, how cute!" reaction that she could then hit them. Victory pose would be her eating a carrot, or jumping in the air and meowing. Victory line would be...a bunch of "Mya!"s.

Kenshin Himura: Would spin his sword so fast it became a shield to block attacks. Victory pose would be either a goofy grin, or a solemn nod. Victory line would be, "I hope you are not too badly harmed."

Vash: Would whip out his gun and shoot the enemy with it, but in a nonfatal spot. Victory poses like Kenshin's. Victory line would be: "And now you know the world is ruled by LOVE AND PEACE!"

Tenchi Masaki: Whips out the Juraian master sword and speedblitzes the enemy. Victory poses would involve him either fainting or running offscreen being chased by the harem. Victory line would be: "Man, I can't believe I actually survived that."

Alucard: Ridiculously powerful special attacks up and down the wazupa. Victory pose would be a diabolical laugh. Victory line: "Victory is mine!" (No, I haven't seen the Hellsing anime. Why do you ask?)

Lina Inverse: Also insanely badass moves. Victory pose would be her laughing maniacally. Victory line would be, "That'll teach you to make cracks about my body!"

Luffy: Stretching punches/kicks like Dhalsim. Victory pose would be him giving a thumbs-up, grinning confidently. Victory line: "I am the greatest!"

Edward Elric: Special attacks would include him transmuting the enemy. Victory pose would be him smiling. Victory line: "You're lucky you didn't face my brother, Alphonse!"

Spike Spiegel: Shoots enemy. Victory pose would be him blowing away smoke from his gun. Victory line would be, "I wonder what the bounty is on you?"

Pikachu (does he count?): Various kinds of lightning-related moves, of course. Victory pose would be of him dancing happily. Victory line: "PIIIIKAAACHUUUUUUU!"

The Joker:

Origin: The Batman: Child of Dreams manga by Kia Asamiya.

Background: Next to nothing is known about the past of the criminal mastermind known as the Joker, other than the fact he was once a cheap criminal who fell into a vat of chemicals that altered his appearance to match that of a sinister clown, and twisted his mind beyond repair. Now, totally insane and murderous, the Joker goes through life trying to make others suffer and see the world just like him-- like a sick, demented big joke.

Stage: An abandoned, run-down amusement park, reminiscent of The Killing Joke.

Taunt: Joker throws a cream pie at the opponent's face while laughing.

Intro:

Normal: Harley Quinn's voice (from offscreen) announces "Ladies and gentlemen! And now, it's a pleasure for me to introduce you to the one and only Clown Prince of Crime, Ace of Knaves, Harlequin of Hate... The Joker!!".
Joker comes down flying with his jetpack from Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. Upon landing, he throws the jetpack aside and cheerfully says, "Sorry for keeping you waiting!".

Vs. Buggy the Clown Pirate: "What do I see? I suppose I should feel kinda flattered... But I don't like wannabes! There's only place for one clown in this act!".
Buggy: "Shut up and let's start with this!".

Vs. Vash: Vash steps in to see Joker standing over a grinning dead man. Joker kicks the corpse aside and says, "Ah, the pacifist gunman! I was waiting for you! Let's see how much can I play with you!".
Vash (very serious): "You won't pull me down with you, monster!".

Vs. Batman:
Batman (grimly): "Joker... this madness ends now...".
Joker nods and smiles: "And once and for all to boot, my dear Bats!".

Specials:

Blam Blam, you're dead: Joker draws his handgun and shoots you. Fast but relatively weak projectile attack.

Handshake: After dizzing the opponent with a combo or special move, Joker walks to him/her and shakes his/her hand, electrifying him/her with his hand buzzer.

Squirting Flower: Joker uses the flower in his chest to shoot a quick spray of acid at you.

Wild Cards: Joker throws a bunch of sharp, deep-cutting playing cards at you.

Supers:

Explosive Marbles: Joker throws a pack of marbles that explode upon making contact with the rival.

Machineguns-R-Us: He machineguns you down. Cute.

Poison Cloud: Joker releases a big poisonous, damaging gas cloud out of the flower on his chest.

Victory Quotes:

Normal: He points at you with a finger and laughs, "Bwaa-hah-hahhh!!". Or says, "Death is the biggest joke of them all! And now, the joke's on you!".

Vs. Vash: "Peace and Love?... Now that's a joke!".

Vs. Buggy: "Feh. Amateur".

Vs. Fat Buu: "You were funny. Fat dumb pinkos are always funny".

Vs. Rio and Kiddy, and any other policeman or policewoman: "Ah, police officers. It's a pity they're always so frail".

Vs. Naruto, Luffy, Zoro or Sanji: "If I may so, I find your dream to be quite laughable".

Vs. Batman: "That... that was all?". A long pause of shocked silence, then he grins, opens his arms and yells, "YES!! The comedy is over at last! Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, you all were a wonderful public!".

Background:

The son of Dracula himself. The half-man, half-vampire. The Danpire Hunter that is feared by even the most powerful vampire masters. D is on the seemingly never ending quest to destroy all vampires. Along the way, he has aquired status as the top bounty hunter in his world. Ever the outcast, even in his own mind, D rarely makes friends. Because everyone of them usually end up dead. That seems to be his motif. The walking aspect of death.

Stage:

The ballroom of the Countess's Mansion in Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. Very Victorian style with a huge glass chandelier.

Intro Poses and Quotes:

D rides in on his horse, dismounts, and turns to face his opponent. His horse runs off as he draws his sword. "Another person standing in my way. But you are not a vampire. I will regret this."

D floats down from the sky, lands with his sword drawn, and snarls. "I smell blood in the air."

Vs. Demitri - Demitri stands with his concubines as D rides in and takes a slash at him with his sword. Demitri fades out as his women are cut in half, and appears a couple of feet back. D leaps off his horse and the men face each other. "Your time is up vampire."

Vs. Donovan - Donovan walks into the center of the stage, when D comes up from the ground. D looks pissed as he beholds Donovan. Sensing danger, Donovan draws his sword. D snarls at him as he draws his own weapon. "Another abomination like me! I cannot allow this to happen again. You must die!"

Vs. Alucard - Alucard walks in as D walks towards the center of the screen. Alucard looks confused as he gazes at D. D is equally perplexed. Alucard draws and fires on D. He blocks with his sword. Alucard grins crazily as D smirks. "Looks like we are related my friend. Time to find out who's blood is stronger."

Special Moves:

Sword Slash Charge (D runs at the opponent and slashes at them 3 times.)

Sword Leap (D leaps at his opponent and delivers a vertical slash at his opponent.)

Absorbtion (D sticks his hand out and the demon on his hand absorbs any normal projectiles.)

Vertical Sword Divide (Similiar to Ryu's Dragon Punch. D jumps up with a vertical sword slash hitting the opponent.)

Super Techniques:

Hunter's Prey (D leaps into the air and slashes at the opponent. If the attack connects the D unleashes multiple slashes that eventually end with a perfect slice down the middle.)

Blood of the Danpire (D screams and unleashes a field of electrical energy around him. Has a bubble like shape and shocks opponent caught within the electricty.)

Despiration Absorbtion (Requires maxed Super Meter. Like regular absorbtion but can absorb Super Projectiles.)

Give in to the Temptation (Requires maxed Super Meter. D goes to grab the opponent. If he connects, he bites down on their neck. This drains a portion of their energy and health and gives it to him. Very short range.)

Taunt:

The demon on D's hand yells an insult at the opponent.

Victory Poses and Quotes:

D's horse comes riding in, leaps onto it, and rides off with his sword at his side. "On to hunt my prey."

D leans on his sword and begins to dig a hole into the ground. "I must rest. The day has grown to long for me."

Vs. Demitri - D walks over to the corpse of the vampire, screams, and then sticks his sword into Demitri's chest. "Your covanent is slain foul creature. No more will you plague these lands."

Vs. Donovan - D walks over to the fallen Danpire, and as he prepares to deliver the final strike, Donovan's sword flies up to block it. It swarms angrily over Donovan's body. A little girl, Anita, runs out and cries over Donovan's body. D stares at the scene, smirks, and turns to leave. "You do not have evil in your heart. I shall spare you and allow you to seek your vengence."

Vs. Alucard - Alucard's body begins to turn into the black spectral dog creature. D walks over to it, sticks his hand out, and sucks the creature into his hand. "It appears my blood is stronger my kin."

Background: A ruthless evil Ranger who thinks that fighting is all a big game Dr. Nadakai likes to wreak havoc on Tokyo and often times destroys the Abarangers when he feels like it. With the seed of Dezumolyza planted into him Abarekiller is downright evil and will strike goodie doers down If he feels like it.

Stage: Loguetown Harbor

Intro 1: Dr. Nadakai walks in and Transforms into Abarekiller and says "c'mon give me your best shot."

Intro 2: A transformed Abarekiller speedblitzes the opponent and says "Are you serious this weakling?"

Vs. Joker: I'd laugh at you but I didn't bring my joking mask

Vs. Ranma: Martial Artists? thats so old fashioned

Special Attacks

Energy Arrows: Abarekiller waves his sword and yellow energy arrows appear and fire at the opponent on Nadakai's command.

Rapid Kicks: Abarekiller leaps up into the air and continually kicks the opponent in rapid succession

Energy Drain: Abarekiller uses a yellow energy rope from his sword to drain his opponent's energy to add to his health bar.

Speedblitz: Abarekiller Speedblitzes the opponent in a black and white blur with his sword

Fireball: Nadakai charges up his Dino Guts and fires a giant fireball at the enemy

Ultimate Techniques

Abaremode Speedblitz: Abarekiller powers up to his Abaremode and Speedblitzes the enemy with it when he is done the opponent drops onto the ground.

Demon Seed Removal: Abarekiller removes the demon seed from him making him more powerful, he then uses his dino guts to fire 10 consectutive Red Dino Blasts at his opponent.

Decapitation: Abarekiller Disappears from on screen and uses his Abaremode to summon a huge Dino Blast that blasts the opponent into bits as well as the arena

Vs. Joker: *steps on him* Next time I want comedy I'll kill clowns. *kicks his corpse into the ocean and watches as a shark leaps up and eats it*

For my next trick: Edward and Alfonse Elrich!

Background: Ed and Al were the sons of a prominent Alchemist who left home when they were young, so the brothers naturally took up Alchemy. After their mother died the pair got the idea to ressurect their mother with Alchemy. Needless to say it didnt work: Ed lost his arm and leg, while Al lost the entirety of his body. Now the pair work to find the philosophers stone, an Alchemic amplifier that may be able to restore them to normal.

Stage: Outside the Rockbell residence. Pinako is rocking on the porch, while her big ass dog lays next to her.

Intro 1: Ed slams his hands together while Al stands behind him arms folded, then Ed goes into his fighting stance while Al steps offscreen

Intro 2: Al steps on screen and opens the door on the front of his Armor, Ed tumbles out, grumbles then assumes fighting stance while Al steps offscreen.

Intro vs. Scar: Ed shakes his fist angrily while Scar clenches his fist

Intro vs. Any other state Alchemist: Ed and Al are talking when the opponent steps onscreen, Ed looks over his shoulder and says "Why are you following me?" The opponent looks confused as Al walks offscreen and Ed goes into a fighting stance.

Vs. Vash: Al is onscreen instead of Ed, Vash says "We meet at last fullmetal!" Before Al can Respond Ed rushes in and says "Hey! I'm Fullmetal!" Al and Vash shrug and the two go into their fighting stances while Al leaves.

Specials:

Full metal Arm: Ed turns his arm into a sword, normal attacks do increased damage.

Full metal quake: Ed creates a warp in the ground that travles across the floor, standard projectile.

Full metal dash: Al shoulder charges from off screen then jumps offscreen again.

Full Metal slugger: Uppercut move, Ed swings upward with his metal arm shoryuken style.

Specials:

Full Metal Tag team: Ed jumps off screen and Al jumps in. Al has all of Eds moves, he does more damage, and projectiles rebound off him. the drawback is he cannot block, he's easier to combo cause he's so big and he's slower. You switch back to Ed by performing the move again.

Full Metal Frenzy: Ed gets a ticked look and charges, if he connects he knocks his opponent into the air, at which point Al leaps in, grabs him, and goes into a backbreaker.

Equivilent exchange: Ed charges into The opponent. If he connects the screen turns dark and a huge transmutation circle appears on the ground. Ed and Al crouch down on both sides of it as the opponent falls towards the center. The energy flares and a collum of light engulfs the opponent, doing a sick amount of damage. If this super does enough damage to KO an opponent, then they are disinitgrated and leave no remains afterward.

Endpose 1: Al comes back onscreen, opens his door and reveals a cat. Ed just shakes his head.

Endpose 2: Al walks onscreen, and suddenly a wrench flies out of nowhere and beans all, KOing him. Winry runs on stage and gives a quizzical look at the prone Ed. Al sweatdrops.

Winquotes:

Vs. Scar: "That was for Nina you freak!"

Ryouga Hibiki

Background:

The famous "Eternal Lost Boy" of Nerima, Tokyo is Ranma Saotome's chief enemy at times and at other times he is Ranma's best friend. The true definition of a rival. Ryouga is always seeking to best Ranma for the dishonor that was done to him when the two were kids and for his feelings for Akane Tendou. Ryouga challenged Ranma to a battle in Mr. Hibiki's backyard after school. However, Ryouga shows up 3 days late, and blames Ranma for being a coward for already being gone. He felt dishonored and sought him out in Nerima. It's only later does he realise that the whole thing is his fault. For the most part, Ryouga is able to keep up with Ranma as he progresses through the manga. Whereas Ranma focuses on speed and technique, Ryouga is more centered on strength and endurance. He accompanies Ranma on this "training mission" to once again try to ensure that Ranma doesn't pass him.

Stage: The woods where Cologne taught Ryouga the Bakusai Tenketsu (Breaking Point). Boulders tied to ropes that are anchored to tree-limbs hang in the background.

Intro Poses and Quotes:

Ryouga walks in, looking lost, and stops when he sees his opponent. "Thank God! I made it! Wait....where's Ranma? DAMNIT!"

Ryouga comes strolling in with his umbrella over his head. The opponent looks confused. "I sure hope it doesn't rain. Hey...does it look like rain? Don't just stand there! Answer me!"

Vs. Ranma - *Already discussed in previous post*

Vs. Sagara Sanosuke - Ryouga and Sagara walk in at the same time. The look each other from head to toe and then Sagara laughs at Ryouga's umbrella. Ryouga charges at him and Sagara swings his huge sword. The sword attack is blocked by the umbrella and they spring apart. Sagara looks suprised. "Don't laugh at me! You'll learn, just like Ranma, not to underestimate me!"

Vs. Naruto - Ryouga walks on screen only to see a hot naked blond girl in front of him. Ryouga gets a nose bleed and looks away. Naruto transforms into his regular form and looks confused. "OH CRAP!!!! Hey that wasn't funny small fry! Prepare to die!!!"

Special Techniques:

Bakusai Tenketsu (Ryouga strikes the ground in front of him with his index finger extended. The ground explodes in front of him. If a person is on that patch of ground, then they are launched into the air.)

Umbrella Clobber (Ryouga grabs the opponent and cracks them on the head with the 1 ton umbrella. Special grab. Short Range.)

Bandana Toss (Ryouga leaps into the air, or if already in the air, he throws a bandana diagonally down at the opponent.)

Shi Shi Hokodan (Much like Ranma's Moko Takabishi. Ball of ki energy directed at the opponent. Standard fire ball technique. Can be performed in the air.)

Umbrella Deflection (Ryouga swings his umbrella like a baseball bat and knocks the incoming projectile away. Defensive move.)

Boulder Toss (Ryouga picks up a boudler right out of the ground and lobs it at the opponent. Depending on what punch button the player hit, determines the size and distance the boulder travels.)

Super Techniques:

Concentrated Bakusai Tenketsu (Ryouga strikes the ground, but this time the ground explodes and cracks across the screen. This drives the opponent to the other side of the screen.)

Super Shi Shi Hokodan (Similiar to Ranma's Super Mok Takabishi. Huge ki energy attack that takes the form of a horizontal beam. Can be performed in the air.)

Ryouga Beserker (Requires max Super Meter. Ryouga rushes forward and, as he gets to the opponent Ryouga knocks them into the air with his umbrella. In the air, the opponent is assaulted by multiple bandanas and boulders crashing into them. Ryouga jumps into the air catches the opponent and throws them into the ground.)

Perfect Shi Shi Hokodan (Requires max Super Meter. Ryouga unleashes a massive ki attack from his whole body that flies into the air and crashes down onto the opponent. Causes massive damage and leaving Ryouga dizzy.)

Taunt:

Ryouga grimaces and flashes his piggy fangs at the opponent.

Victory Quotes and Poses:

Ryouga smacks himself on the forehead and walks off. "Damnit! When I find Ranma he is dead for leaving me!"

Ryouga takes out a map, looks at it, points in one direction, fold the map up, and walks the opposite way. "Man, I almost got lost for a second there."

Vs. Ranma - Ryouga laughs maniacally over Ranma's body, looks down, stops laughing, and lifts Ranma onto his shoulder. "Finally!!! Victory!!! You're lucky Akane would kill me if I left you here."

Vs. Sagara Sanosuke - Ryouga picks the strong guy up and throws him across the screen and out of the stage. "No one is stronger than me!"

Vs. Naruto - Ryouga picks the orange-clad ninja up off the ground, shakes him to wake him up, and sets him on the ground. Then he walks off as Naruto looks pissed. "Poor little weird kid. Sorry about clocking you so hard. Next time don't trick people."

Sousuke Sagara

Background: Raised in a battlefield like environment ,Sagara Sousuke is a skilled soldier at what he does. After serving in Afghanistan he joined the organization Mithril, an organization dedicated to fighting terrorists and protecting the peace of the world. Sagara Sousuke's current mission right now is to protect high school girl Kaname ,one of the whispered, from bad guys such as Gauron. Keep at it Mr. Sagara.

Stage: outside Mahora Academy

Intro

Vs. Edward Elric: Sargeant Sousuke salutes the Alchemist then assumes a fighting position.

Vs. Shishio: *looks at shishio for a moment* What a wierd mummy.

Special Attacks

Gunshot: Sousuke shoots his opponent with his gun multiple times.

Grapple: At close range Sousuke grabs the opponent by the arm and throws him/her to the ground.

Rapid Barrage: Sousuke delivers 12 punches and kicks to his opponent's chest area.

Kaname's Temper: Kaname comes in and whacks the opponent with her fan.

Urzu Team Attack: Sargeant Melissa Mao and Kurz Weber come in and with Sousuke they use their guns to beat the opponent down.

Grenade Attack: Sousuke throws 5 grenades at his opponent.

Sousuke's Rage: Sousuke gets fired up and rushes at the opponent to give him/her an uppercut to the face.

Ultimate Attacks

Summon Arbalest: When Sousuke's power meter is at full he can use it to summon his mecha Arbalest, he then gets in the mecha and it bombards the opponent with all its weapons and physical assaults.

Lambda Driver: When Sousuke summons Arbalest the mecha can transfer its Lambda Driver to Sousuke allowing him to focus all the mecha's Energy into his gun and shoot it out in a super bullet at the opponent.

Lambda Rundown: Sousuke gets into Arbalest and it runs the opponent down with the Lambda driver field, if the opponent is still standing Arbalest fires a barrage of bullets from his machine gun at him/her to finish the job.

Victory Poses

1: Sousuke gets out of Arbalest and gives a thumbs up
2: Sousuke appears in a Bonta-kun costume wielding a machine gun.
3: Kaname appears on screen and beats Sousuke down with her fan.

Vs. Edward Elric: I'm sorry did that hurt Full Metal Alchemist.
Edward: No not at all, AI get Winry over here on the double.

Excel Excel.

Background: Totally nutty, insane, crazy and all the other adjectives related to madness you can think of, the cute but stupid Excel is an agent of the ACROSS secret organization, devoted to the conquest of the world for her beloved employer, Lord Il Palazzo.

Stage: The ACROSS Headqaurters, with Lord Il Palazzo sitting in his throne in the background, with Hyatt and some Puchuus standing next to him.

Intro:

Vs. Joker: Joker gives her a good long look, then whistles, "A blonde! I like blondes!".
Excel: "Bah, bah, bah! Don't say that! I'm a loyal soldier of ACROSS, in love only with the wonderful and genial Lord Il Palazzo! And your breath stinks, too!".

Vs. Sailor Moon: "I'm a Warrior of ACROSS that fights for Love and the World's Purification, and in behalf of Lord Il Palazzo, I'll punish you!".
Sailor Moon: "Hey, stop stealing and twisting my lines!".

Vs. Nabeshin:
Excel: "Hello, Mr. Director!!".

Specials:

Space Adventure Cobra Ripoff: Excel quickly puts on her Cobra-like arm-gun (seen in Episode 2) and shoots her rival.

Bowling Ball of Doom: Straight out from the sports episode, Excel throws a bowling ball at her foe. If it hits, it turns the opponent into a big bowling pin with a face for a moment until he/she falls to the ground.

Looney Tunes-esque Gag: Like something that came from an American cartoon, Excel causes an anvil to fall on your head.

And that's my Good Side!: Excel's good side (a little pink haired Excel angel) appears sitting on one of her shoulders and shoots the opponent with a handgun.

Supers:

"Wonder Woman!": Excel transforms into a Wonder Woman wannabe for a few moments and throws a *POW!!* attack complete with giant sound effect at you.

The Fist of the DiGi Charat!: This is what you were expecting for, right? Excel goes Kenshiro and turns the adversary into a DiGi Charat parody of him/her. Not only it lowers the energy bar, but you are forced to fight as a chibi version of yourself for the rest of the match.

Excel Reborn: If her energy bar is almost depleted, but her Super bar is at 75% or more, with a combination of buttons you can make the Great Will of the Universe to appear floating over Excel and replete her to full health.

Victory Quotes:

Vs. Nabeshin: "Excuse me, Mr. Director, but... can we repeat this scene? I don't think I did it that good...".

Vs. Kenshin: "I beat you! I beat you! And you are an ugly woman!".

Vs. Sailor Moon: "... And no way your Tuxedo Kamen is prettier than Lord Il Palazzo!".

Chibi Koalla Su

Background: A transfer student from an unknown nation this Gaijin likes playing around and from time to time torturing Keitaro Urashima. Koalla also has a thing for designing Mecha-Tama chans and can change into a more grown-up magical girl form when the full red moon is out or when her big brother Llama Su is around.

Stage: Outside the Hinata house near the Abandoned Annex from Love Hina Again

Intros

Intro 1: *rides out on Mecha Tama-chan 3* Mecha Tama-chan go! *gets off it and it crashes into a tree*

Intro 2: *gives a flying kick to the opponent* Hey there Mister/Miss-san!

Vs. Keitaro: Oy Keitaro ready to play?! *leaps onto him and gives him a quick kiss then leaps back onto the ground*

Vs. Excel: Zany is that something I can eat?
Excel: Uhh. *both stare off into space*

Special Moves

Koalla Hammer: Koalla Su gets out her hammer and hits the opponent on the head with it.

Electro Gun: Koalla Su busts out her Electro gun and fries the opponent with it

Missile Barrage: Koalla fires a barrage of missiles at the opponent with her missile launcher

Lovely Tama Tama attack: Kaolla turns into her adult form for a moment and blitzes the opponent with a bunch of Tama-chans.

Ultimate Techniques

Koalla Bakudan: Koalla gets out dual bomb launchers and fires Bombs at the opponent

EVA-Tama Chan: Koalla leaps off screen and an EVA-01 version of Tama chan comes in and goes beserk on the opponent and begins tearing them apart.

Hyperactive Koalla: Power bar has to be 100% charged for this to happen basically Koalla goes hyper and unleashes every weaponry she has in her inventory at the opponent and then every Tama attack comes after.

Victory Poses

Pose 1: Koalla eats a banana and goes hyper.

Pose 2: Motoko comes in and gets Koalla to stop

VS. Keitaro: Hey Keitaro are you still alive?
Keitaro: I think so.

Rock Lee

Background:

Ninja. The definition of ninja in Konoha often varies. However, to be any form of a shinobi is one of the highest honors within that society. This can be accomplished in many ways. One way is to have a particular special bloodline ability. Another way is to demonstrate yourself to be a strategic genius. Most of these traits are based off of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. Neither of these things does Rock Lee possess access to. This is a double-edged sword for him. Ridiculed by his peers, Rock Lee sought out to train his Taijutsu so as to become a great ninja regardless of his "handicap". His full potential was recognized by one of the top Jounins, Gai, who took the young fighter under his wing. With Gai's tutilage, Rock Lee has become the "Green Beast of Konoha", one of the most powerful ninjas in the series.

Stage: The Preliminary Chuunin Tournament Arena where the Genins fought to advance to the next round of the Chuunin Exam.

Intro Poses and Quotes:

Rock Lee runs into the arena, slides to a stop, and gets into fighting stance. "Time to prove to Gai sensei that I am worth training."

Rock Lee comes in fighting a nameless ninja. He sees the other opponent, ducks under the ninja's kick, and obliterates him with a kick that launches the ninja out of the screen. "You look like you'll be a much better fight. Don't disappoint me."

Vs. Gaara of the Desert - Gaara is standing in the center of the arena. Rock Lee rushes in and Gaara's sand instantly blocks the attack. Gaara looks impressed as Rock Lee backflips to the other side of the screen and into fighting stance. "Everyone warned me about you. Let's see what you've got."

Vs. Hyuga Neji - The two fighters stand facing each other. Rock Lee has grim determination on his face while Neji exudes confidence. They both get into fighting stance. "I've waited along time for this Neji. Time for me to prove that hard work can beat genius."

Vs. Akuma - Akuma is standing in the center of the arena with one of the Naruto cast members in his hand limp and unmoving. Rock Lee comes rushing in and slides to a stop. Akuma laughs and tosses the shinobi aside. Rock Lee looks pissed. "You have just brought about your doom. The Green Beast of Konoha will do everything in his power to stop you. No one hurts my friends."

Special Moves:

Spinning Slide Kick Combo (Rock Lee slide-spins across the ground and kicks his opponent into the air. He follows up with 3 more kicks to the stomach straight into the air if you repeatedly tap the kick button.)

Speed Backhand (Rock Lee disappears and reappears behind the opponent and backhands them across the stage.)

Spinning Piledriver Throw (Performed in the air. Rock Lee grabs the airborne opponent and spins as they drop together. At the last moment, Lee lets go and his opponent is driven into the ground.)

Wrist Band Toss (Rock Lee shoots his wrist wrapping at the opponent. If it connects the opponent is thrown into the air.)

Rushing Green Beast Combo (Rock Lee rushes foward with a punch. If that connects, then multiple attacks (3 or 4) can be performed after that by pressing the punch and kick buttons.)

First Chakra Gate Activation (Rock Lee opens the first chakra gate. This increases his speed and strength for a limited amount of time. However, this causes his health to SLOWLY diminish over time.)

Super Techniques:

Blazing Green Beast Combo Rush (Lee charges the opponent. If the first attack connects, then Lee repeatedly blurs in and out all around the opponent, striking the multiple times, and then kicking them across the screen.)

Secondary Lotus (Can only be done after First Chakra Gate Activation. Lee spins around the and shoots out his wrist wrappings at the opponent. If it is not blocked or dodged, then he kicks the opponent into the air and rapidly spins as he launches the opponent into the ground.)

Fifth Chakra Gate Activation (Can only be done after First Chakra Gate Activation. Greatly increases speed and strength of Rock Lee. Lee turns vieny and red. Causes a greater drain on his health.)

Primary Lotus (Requires Fifth Chakra Gate Activation and maxed Super Meter. Unblockable. Rock Lee blurs at the opponent and kicks them into the air. He then repeatedly strikes the opponent at blur speed multiple times and kicks them into the ground. Massive Damage.)

Drunken Master Mode (Requires maxed Super Meter. Rock Lee switches to Drunken Fist fighting style. In this form, Rock Lee is unblockable and instantly counters any physical attack directed towards him. Speed and Strength greatly increased. Can only be attacked with Super Techniques. Lasts for a limited time or until struck with a Super Technique.)

Taunt:

Rock Lee snaps his fighting stance and yells like Bruce Lee.

Victory Poses and Quotes:

Rock Lee flashes the cool guy pose (thumbs up and pearly whites). "I did it!!! Gai sensei, I have honored you."
