In Superman: TAS and Justice League/ Unlimited, Superman has had his share
of smackdowns against the likes of Darkseid and Doomsday. How well does his
battle with Doomsday measure up against his fight with Darkseid?

I don't think any fight, in the comics or cartoons, has topped the sheer emotional punch of Superman's brawl with Darksied at the end of "Legacy" I mean, he made Darksied's head explode fer cryin' out loud....and the aftermath was killer.

the doomsday fight , atleast in their first JL encounter in "a better world" is one sided in doomsdays favor..

when superman takes on darkseid it goes both ways

Yeah, that Legacy fight has got to be one of my top five favorite cartoon moments ever, and it was certainly my favorite part of Superman TAS.
