trust me I know how you feel because I was so much bigger when I was in the 6th grade, but please just don't focus on making yourself smaller for other people, but just for yourself. those types of diets are good for initial weight loss if youre overweight but not for hitting plateus. had a coworker who lost 60lbs on weight watchers but couldnt lose anymore for several months. i asked her to give me the outline on her diet. it didnt show anything to raise your metabolism. all diets lower your metabolism. from what she gave me, weight watchers doesnt show its clients what to do to prevent a slow metabolism. good example is jared from subway. he lost a good amount of weight but now has a flabby belly he cant get rid of.

Cold pack 4x a day, anti-inflammatories 2x a day, and wear a brace as often as possible to keep it immobilized. Kind of inconvenient to me. :(

Maybe I don't. But I still think fro's are awesome.
I never did the big 80's hair, just the high side ponytails.
I used to wear my mother's old disco shirts and stuff when I was in my teens... when the style came back. I was so popular for a couple of seasons.
