We came second in the province in that particular tournament...I actually got our team to the finals but then fell ill and the backup goalie let us down...

My team was pretty pissed I couldn't play...

So was I actually...!!

The best I've done in a tournie is second in Canada...we lost to the province of Manitoba in the National Finals...damn prairie grrls...

then i was like, maybe i'll call him laughing guy. then i thought, if on the off chance that is a her, i'll call her laughing girl. then i thought, if i got it wrong i'd offend whoever it was, and i wouldn't want that. so i played it safe and said shim.

upon further examination, i'm fairly confident it's a she, with a shirt on that's really close to her skin tone.

see that's the process for all of them.

this is how it works...

someone signs up one of the above links. the ultimate objective is a free ipod (or whatever).
to get that free ipod, you then have to sign up for other things. some of which cost you money, some don't. these offers you sign up for then send freepay (gratis inc., the company that sends out the ipods) some money for referring you to them.
once you sign up for an offer, then get X people to sign up for offers under you, you get your item.

now here's the deal. all the offers technically cost money. but only if you're dumb. the majority of these offers have like free/$1 trial periods that last 1 week, 10 days, 15 days, a month, whatever. what you do is, sign up for one of these, get credit at the free ipod site, then cancel before the trial period is over.

now most of the offers you sign up for are worthless. internet services, membership benefit clubs, weight loss pills, whatever. however, a couple of the offers actually send you free things themselves as soon as you sign up for them, while you're still in you're trial period and are easily able to cancel after getting said free additional items.

two offers in specific do this. complete home ($1 trial period of i think 10 days), will send you 2 $10 gift cards to lowe's (i don't really need them, i gave them to my aunt who's doing some remodelling). great fun ($1 trial period of 10 days again (these two are operated by the same company)) will send you 2 $10 gift cards to exxon/mobil stations, and everyone needs gas. i completed these offers, got the cards, got billed the $1, and cancelled the same as i did for other offers that charged me the same.

When you are in the reply window, there is a "manage attachments" in the
"additional options" window.

Click that, and you will be able to browse to photos on your computer.

So, I grew a beard. I've had it for a few weeks now. I like it. I'm not sure how good these pictures are, but here are some shots of me I took just a few minutes ago. First, a side to side comparison, then a couple straight on pictures. I like the last one best. I just can't take pictures of myself with a full-on smile. Always looks weird and faked. Hence, the smirk instead. Next time, I get someone else to take pictures of me. That's just an odd thing to ask someone.

How do you trim your beard? Looks great.

This is what happens when you start a beard-off. Haven't shaved in about a week and a half.
