Even better than Buu's candy beam, 1st season Digimon baddie Piedmon's magic cloth that turns you into a chibi-fied keychain.

Yes. Yes, he did, Bityper. Trump Sword trumps all. Is it just me or was his Clown Trick attack a freakin' plot device. I mean he just shouted "Clown Trick" and all sorts of crazy crap happened, always something bad for his enemies.

I love Robin Nico's ability to make hands and arms spawn from any surface, even themselves, to make more hands and arms! Which she can fully manipulate, and do anything she wants! She could get FREAKY with it if she wanted to! Oh, the possibilities are endless!
I give it a unique power rating of 10. It's very mystical, and Indian in a way, I love it.

I vote for the Hokuto Musotensei from Hokuto no Ken.
spoilers in white...
The ultimate technique of Hokuto Shin Ken, the Musotensei has been learned by only three people in the 2000-plus years of the school's existence: Kaiou, Kenshirou, and Raou (Kenou). It is learned, basically, by achieving and understanding infinite sadness within.
The Musotensei creates a void within the host's spirit which allows him to call upon and host the souls of past Hokuto practitioners, gaining access to all their skills, memories, and power. Furthermore, it allows the user to draw upon the infinite power of the Void, which they can use to enhance their physical attributes to whatever level they choose. Additionally, *use* of the Musotensei creates a chi barrier around the user which disintegrates anything that touches the barrier past the molecular level.

Although not my favorite perhaps, there was an interesting and somewhat unique power held by a character from a little known series called Ten Tokyo Warriors. In it, this guy's power was that if he broke a mirror while it was casting your reflection, you died. He could do this with any reflective surface that was casting your reflection, and failing that, he kept small card-sized Mirrors on him. He could also do several other things to you through your reflection, but I forget what those were.

That was Karusu on Team Toguro. Watch the Dark Tournament's final battle again, Toguro(younger) is the main villain.
