Does anyone else feels that Vanessa Carlysle is actually a hybrid clone of Mystique with Spider-Man's DNA? I believe that she was conceived using Mystique and Spider-Man's DNA same to create her in the future. From there, someone traveled back in the past (with the test tube with the egg cell) and implanted it into Mrs. Dorothy Carlysle's womb. This would have allowed her to carry he child to term, and she would believe that Vanessa was her child.

I would love to see Vanessa not only come back into Deadpool's world once again, but also Spider-Man and Mystique's world respectively. You could say that Vanessa Carlysle is actually the daughter of Spider-Man and Mystique. Here is her info:

I was actually thinking that the other day!

But no, outside of Deadpool's early adventures, Copycat is positively obscure.



Obscure characters can be reinvented by adding things to the background that was not there initially, like the notion that Vanessa is the clone of Mystique with Spider-Man's DNA power set. In the process, she might have inherited both of their intelligence and physical agility. If she had married Deadpool, then Wade Wilson would be Peter Parker's son in law.

I certainly would be cool to see Vanessa revealed as the daughter of Mystique by design, along with Spider-Man. She would certainly be VERY protective of Spidey against Mystique.

In her regular form, Vanessa could stick to walls, as well as has a Spider-Sense and Spider-Man's strength. Also, her eyes is that of a Spider's eyes: Night Vision.

Whose to say that Vanessa didn't become a female High lord(Mutant Immortal) after she died. A Mutant high lord can emerge after they had died and is reborn as an Immortal, like Cannonball.

Sometimes I feel that the reason why Vanessa is attracted to Deadpool is because he is in so many ways like Spider-Man with his sense of humor. Vanessa is the obsessive type who protects those she loves.

I don't think that Vanessa would know that she was created from Spider-man x Mystique's DNA unless someone(who knows) told her. But, if she was to have met Spider-Man/Peter Parker, the strong emotional bond would be quite obvious between them. Thus, Vanessa is likely to be as protective towards Spider-Man as she had towards Deadpool. And the one thing that COULD link Spider-Man x Mystique is the notion that Vanessa is their daughter by genetic design. Just Like Nathan Grey from Earth-295 who was created by Mr. Sinister from Scott Summers x Jean Grey's DNA.

One of the traits that she has in her regular state is the ability to climb walls and a strong sense of detection that are derived from Spider-Man. And part of her personality has a strong trait to Peter Parker as well as Reven's aggression. But that just my view on her. Imagine if she was to have married Wade Wilson? Deadpool would have been Peter's son in law. :biggrin:
