I had heard that WS has been all but announced for CA2, but I never heard anything on an origin movie for him, like they did for the Avengers members.
I would think they would show his orgin through flashbacks, and not a whole movie.

No, not even close. Sebastian Stan is signed to multiple movies, and Joe Johnston has mentioned he'd like to do a Winter Soldier movie, but that's not a long ways off from confirmation.

Brubaker has said that their are plans for him to appear in CA2 or 3 and depending on how he's received he might get his own movie. The CA sequel he appears in will probably detail his origins and if he got a spin-off film (fingers crossed) It'd focus on him as a reformed spy trying to do right.
In short nothing confirmed, but apparently Marvel is open to the idea.

I really don't see a Winter Soldier movie. Just Captain America sequels.

I'd like to see a Black Widow prequel movie where we see Natasha train at the Red Room and find out what happened to Bucky, the movie could then go to her confrontation with Hawkeye and joining SHIELD.
That would be a great movie in itself and really set things up for the Cap sequels. Winter Soldier would already be established and we could deal with the return of the Red Skull and Zola in modern times and tie the whole thing in to a great movie similar to the Brubaker stories.

I'd be cool with a sort of a cold war adventure from the soviet's perspective.

I'm not quite sold on the Black Widow movie, but she would be awesome if she showed up in the Captain America sequel. She's a kickass spy who can be trusted, so that gives her enough reason to be in the film. And as she didn't seem to have much of a romance with Hawkeye in the film, a romance with Bucky wouldn't be too weird. They're both tortured, ex-KGB agents with a love of borsch, fire-arms, and costumes that revolve around the color black, it would work...BuckXNatasha forever and ever!!!!
