So a question. If Miles if wearing all black and there is another Symbiote costume will his costume turn white instead with black. I'm not being racist its just that I wouldnt see much difference from the regular Symbiote costume.

Why is it racist? Looks like a honest question to me, but to be honest I don't think symbiotes have a set color like black. After all, symbiotes came in all type of colors. So just because miles color scheme is red and black, doesn't mean that if a symbiote takes over it won't be black, it maybe black and white, or even black and red with a different design, who knows.


With that said, THANK YOU GOD!! Sara has returned! I missed the art so much!

According to the issue's cover, it's Pichelli. And I've been wondering that since the Marquez art came out, because I thought it looked a lot like Pichelli's. Now I don't know what to think.

Spider-Man's fight with Ringer starts in #8 drawn by Pichelli and ends in #9 drawn by Marquez. Hardly a rocket science.

Yeah, it'll probably show in this issue Miles getting ringed-up by the Ringer and then cut over to Paris to tell May and Gwen's story. Then next issue starts with Marquez' art showing the Ringer being taken down and Quaid helping Miles and end with Miles potentially meeting May and Gwen when they return to New York.

I'm not saying there is. Maybe the Gwen and May part is shown prior to this scene. Either way, we know they will be in this issue so that is where a good chunk of the book will be focused.

The solicitation and variant cover seem to suggest heavily that they are in it... Though I guess that doesn't mean it's official :tongue:

So far almost none of the covers have been accurate. Look at the X-Men covers: No one is wearing the costumes that they are portrayed in, they are just showing what the general public would recognize. Hence Gwen with long blond hair. She'll more than likely have her new hairstyle in the issue pages.

Lookin good. I still find it odd that Miles still emotes a lot like Peter whilst in the suit. Not that its bad. Just pointing that out lol

If they bring back Ultimate Green Goblin, I will pour my heart out in a letter telling Bendis how he ruined the book. If Peter had to die, his arch-enemy must go with him. Or his death will mean nothing at all. Though, I don't think it will anyway. "I'm going to let everyone know who I am and no one I've faced before since I've killed my arch-enemy will come and try to kill my family. No one but Electro (secretly), Kraven, Sandman, Chameleon and Ringer (the deadly one) are still able to cause harm to my family. You're completely safe..." Yeah, Aunt May and Gwen are going to die despite your efforts Peter. You want a realistic and grounded universe, Gwen and Aunt May need to be hunted down by assassins hired by Mysterio!

I like how the preview doesn't show the meaty part of the story. It avoided showing any of the Uncle Aaron, Gwen Stacy and Aunt May stuff. Judging by the first five issues of the comic this isn't the end of the issue either. Pichelli seems to like ending with splash pages. Plus looking at the preview pages from David Marquez's issue 9, which are the first four pages of the issue, continuing the confrontation. I'm wondering if the police are the ones who take out the Ringer. The art looks great though. Can't wait for next Wednesday. I also love the inquisitiveness of Miles. Stops wall crawling and goes down to street level to inspect the rings. I'm also thinking Ganke gave Miles a way to find out about Peter's enemies via the internet. ViewTube.

I'll join you brother. I think Death of Peter Parker worked because of the symbolism, how he died actually saving the life of his Aunt and also put an end to his great villain (and creator essentially). His return (with Peter still dead) kills all of that for me.

Argreed! Peter and Normen osborn were both their main enemies and it all concluded so well in the death of spider-man. Both had a fitting end and souldn't be bought back! Either of them!

Oh and lets not forget here people that picheil's return is't the only thing to be excited about this issue! The long awaited reaction of the old cast is finally going to be seen! Can't wait to read gwen and aunt mays reactions. Hope that bendis puts a lot of drama into the scene from what we've seen from that variant cover!
