Is Hope Immortal?

Now that we all know Hope Summers is being stalked by that dickhead Phoenix bird, is it fair to say that once she connects with it she will become IMMORTAL? Much like Jean Grey before her, who obvs didn't ever actually die but instead went into a white hot room or whatever. Once you have been possessed by the Phoenix Force, you gain the ability to resurrect and come back to life after each time you die.

So with all this in mind...


Is Hope now immortal?
Whenever she 'dies', should we set up a countdown for her resurrection?
Will she appear continually in X-Men stories until long after we, the readers, have ourselves grown old and died?
Are you excited that Hope will now appear in every X-Men storyline from now on?

During that time in X-Treme X-Men during the second arc there was a splash page in Destiny's Diary where Jean was being reborn in a Phoenix Egg amidst an apocalypse. Of course both were alluding to HCT. But its nice how it could also allude to AvX and Hope Summers.
