I'm really confused by this poker game they had. Jokers are wild, and the "bad guy" throws down 3 Aces and two Jokers. 5 of a kind.

Eli Strange throws down a straight and wins the pot. What kind of poker is that? Even if the bad guy's hand was 3 Aces and two Jacks [though it's not drawn that way], a full house still beats a normal straight. Did the artist screw up and mean to draw a royal flush? Even then 5 of a kind beats a royal flush.

Am I missing something here, or does Tony or the artist not understand poker?

Didn't read the issue, but was it a straight with mixed suits or a straight flush?
(And maybe they have different house rules?)

It was 10, J, Q, A spades, and K of hearts [or some order like that]. So it was just a straight. But like I said, even if it was a straight flush, 5 of a kind beats that when you play with wild cards.
