That ELEPHANTMEN vol.00 who just came out...

It says it's a hardcover, can someone canfirm that for me please ?
I bought all the new released Softcovers (Vol. 1-2-3-4) and I'd like to continue in this format. So is this new Vol.00 book just like the ones I currently have or it is indeed a hardcover. Normaly softcovers comes out before Hardcovers no ? I find it odd a little so i'm waiting to be sure before ordering it from my LCS. Thx peeps.

Pretty sure I saw a listing recently. If it wasn't solicited I'm assuming it will be sooner or later. They seem to release the softcovers a few months after the hardcovers.
