Ummm I know that it was in McDuffies run. I believe that issue 26 was when he made his first appearance.

I believe so...It's been a while since I've read it. But I'm pretty sure that he showed up at the end of that Vixen arc.

It was part of an alternate universe thing caused by Anansi, the spider-god guy. So it was very temporary.

Interestingly, in the Xombie series, it was sort of awknowledged. David said Green Lantern was his favorite hero when he was a kid.

Also, that Aquaman Ocean Master costume is swanky.
