Who do you think in the current real world whether individual, group, class, nation, region etc most need/deserve the help of superheroes and why?

With some estimates finding that the leading cause of death of african-american transgender women is murder, and similar problems around the world I'd say they'd have a pretty good claim.

But then what's regularly done surgicly to Intersex kids by doctors is unconsionable and unethical yet they keep doing it despite knowing the high rate of disasterous outcomes and how much it ruins lives instead of helping them, and then many Intersex people go on to face violence and discrimination just like Transgender people do.

But who else suffers the extremes of injustice in our world today? Who else deserves a superhero's help?
