Right now we have

Green Lantern
Green Lantern Corps
Red Lanterns
Green Lantern: New Guardians

also

Justice League, with Hal Jordan
Justice League International, with Guy Gardner

Right now I'm only reading Green Lantern (and the Justice League books) and I was curious what everyone thought was the best Green Lantern book.

I'm a Kyle fan, so I'm way into New Guardians. I do like the other titles, but hey, gotta stick with the loyalties XP

I am reading Green Lantern, Justice League, and Justice League International. My vote went to Green Lantern. I am very interested in seeing what is coming up with Hal and Sinestro.

I'm reading all except Red Lanterns and JLI. After the first issue, they couldn't reel me in as a regular.

I voted Green Lantern

Geoff Johns is still keeping this book on an intense ride without loosing any acceleration.

The Sinestro/Hal Jordan team up to take on the SC in Korugar is going to be awesome.

The rest are good though, but GL is the superior book in my opinion

Red Lanterns followed by green lantern for me are really good. Didn't know much about the red lanterns before the relaunch but they looked like a cool group so picked it up and glad I did. The story is picking up speed with every issue and the art is good. Same with green lantern, looking forward to more Sinestro and Hal fighting along side each other.

Green Lantern
Green Lantern Corps
Green Lantern New Guardians

Because they all starred a Green lantern for each title. I also follow Justice League because Hal is in there too. But I was unable to do so for the Justice League International, the one where Guy is in.

This.

Kyle was GL when I first got interested in GL via Grant Morrison writing Kyle in JLA.

I like the two main books GL & GLC but for different reasons.

I'm a Guy Gardner (and Isamot Kol) fan so I like seeing the ensemble GLC cast as far as story goes.

I'm enjoying the flagship GL book because I like the Johns writing and I'm finding watching Hal in this really weird lackey roll to be interesting. Mahnke's art is okay but I wish that Ivan Reis or Ethan Van Sciver was on it instead.

Green Lantern. Which surprises me, because I wasn't even going to pick this up until the first trade came out. Then I started reading reviews of the second issue, and decided to get a copy (along with the first issue for easy catch-up). I'm now firmly on board for the rest of this story arc and quite possibly beyond.

I've also been reading New Guardians and GLC. New Guardians has been added to my pull list through issue 10, although I feel as though it's been a slower start than GL. However, I like the other Corps, and Saint Walker's appearances are always a pleasure to read.

I'll continue on with GLC through the end of this arc, but I'm having a difficult time getting into it, for some reason. And the Red Lanterns honestly don't interest me enough to read that title at this point. I may take a look at the trade.

Actually I'm starting to think if I should drop GLC, cos I'm actually getting way too many books already and GLC seemed not that interesting atm.

Green Lantern. But the Hal Jordan in Justice League is such a free spirit I can't help but like that version. Really reminds me of the Hal who said "yellow my one weakness..." when he first meets Cowgirl.

Being a Kyle fan I had to vote for NEW GUARDIANS but I would like to give honourable mention to GL CORPS

To be fair though, I don't read JUSTICE LEAGUE or JUSTICE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL.

Cheers.

James.

I chose New Guardians. I bought issue 1 of both Red Lanterns and Green Lantern digitally yesterday, and followed up with issue 1 of Green Lantern Corps, issues 1-2 of New Guardians, and issue 2 of Green Lantern today. I've never read anything with Kyle in it before, but am already finding him an interesting character. I feel like NG was meant as the fun book.

Green Lantern Corps was my least favorite as I thought it tried to do too much in too little space and am not sure if I'll buy the next issues. I may try for the first arc anyways. This book feels like the Wartime book.

Red Lanterns I thought was slow but better than GLC. Though it spent a lot of time going over what's already happened, I liked it anyways, having never read a Green Lantern comic before, but kept up with the story here and there. Red Lanterns feels like the serious book.

Finally, Green Lantern came in a close second.I loved the Sinestro/ Hal relationship, and their clashing personalities. I actually thought Sinestro was going to let the woman and car fall. This book seems like the Story book which'll lead to thebig event.

Quick question- Has GLC had any ties to any other of the Green Lantern books yet? Green Lantern and New Guardians have the Ganthet/Guardians tie, while I've heard RL is doing it's own thing currently, which is indicated by both RL and NG featuring Bleez. So does GLC tie in yet with any of the other Green Lantern series?

I voted for Green Lantern Corps, but I am also enjoying reading a Kyle-centric monthly again too!

I'm probably in the minority as I'm enjoying Green Lantern LEAST right now.

GLC hasn't tied into any other GL book as yet, but it is still playing out issues that occurred during the War of Light & battle with Krona.

Personally, the only one showing huge potential at the moment is the Red Lanterns. So much cool stuff can be done with this series, and just when you think they're all savages, they go and deal with a wrong - in the wrong way - but you can understand it and brings a level of depth you won't usually get in a goodie-two-shoes hero story. I like where it's going.

From a strictly keeping-me-interested standpoint, New Guardians would have to be my #2. Not because of who the GL is, but the concept of all the rings belonging to one person. Neat twist.

I'd probably go GL Corps and then GL. Justice League Intl I don't read, and JL I'm reading more because Hal's in it, not out of any real interest for the other characters. Kind of blah about it right now.

Before the DC Relaunch, GLC had a run with the works of Gibbons/Tomasi/Gleason that phenomenal. At the time, I would have said GLC. However, as solid as the current run has been, it doesn't hold a candle to Green Lantern.

Hal is portrayed like a goofball in Justice league and I just don't understand where Johns is going with it.He comes across very bad and amateurish.Things better get going or I'm out despite Lee's art.

Its suppose to be right after hal first got the ring.... he was a bit immature at all things then... The ring is what has made him grow as a character. JL happens before much of that growth.

Well I like new guardians the best so far. just has a lot more action to it versus Green Lantern. Don't get me wrong I love the new Green Lantern, and Johns is my favorite writer, but it seems to be lacking at the moment.

I'm really enjoying both Green Lantern and Red Lanterns at the moment. I was a bit skeptical of Sinestro coming back and even more so with him and Hal basically "buddying up" but I'm really enjoying it so far especially seeing Sinestro see what damage the Corps he created, is doing to his own people first hand. Then there's Red Lanterns which for me has been one of the sleeper hits of the New 52 it's actually probably my favourite Lantern book right now, just edging out GL.

GLC I've only read the first issue, thought it was ok and will definitely catch up on the rest sometime soon. New Guardians I haven't touched, mainly because of financial limitations but I plan on getting round to that as well.

The League should not have been in this list I think.

As for whats the best book - at the moment its between GL and GLC - though I do not think that the other Lantern titles have really had a time to shine yet.

Red Lanterns. I had not planned to get it, but my husband asked if I'd pick it up with the rest of my order, since he's a GL fan and wanted to read all the books. It's ended up being my favourite of them. I'm finding the characters and their development very compelling, and the last issue genuinely surprised me.

GL no doubt, but I am also loving GL in the JL so far! Totally love the dynamic with the other league members and can't wait for next issue.
