So I read Identity Crisis and loved it, it had great detective moments and it was great mystery. What are some other DC trades or arc that have good detective elements to them?

Snyder's current Batman arc looks to be doing it well...
And even his last story arc on Detective Comics was very cool detective.

There are a lot of Batman stories like that.
Other than that none are really coming to mind. DC has a lot of cool ones though. Hence the name DC Comics. It stands for Detective Comics.

Long Halloween is the obvious one which comes to mind.

Detective Comics 871-881 - This was Scott Snyder's run on the book before moving over to Batman with the relaunch (which you should also get). These were some great "Detective" issues, plus I think they're all still in continuity and I believe Scott will be building on them a bit for future Batman stories.

Yeah, these are the issues I'm talking about. Definitely worth a read.

Gotham Central - a peek into the work days and work nights of the detectives of Gotham's Major Crimes Unit. Enough good things cannot be said of this series.

Morrison's Batman run: Batman and Son, Batman: The Black Glove, Batman RIP, Batman and Robin, Return of Bruce Wayne, Batman Incorporated. Tons of great mysteries that let the fans play the role of detective, trying to decipher the clues from issue to issue. At one point there was a masked character who seemed like he was most likely either Bruce Wayne... or the Joker! It's great.

There was a single issue last year (I believe it was Batman Confidential) that was pretty good at this.
Sorry this might not be very helpful, but others might know which one I'm talking about.

I think people probably forget - with all the accolades heaped upon it - that at its core Watchmen is a pretty darn good detective story (with Rorschach in the role of the detective investigating Edward Blake's death).

If your willing to look outside of DC then I'd suggest Ruse.
It was a Sherlock Holmes type of book that Crossgen put out ten years or so ago that was very very good. Marvel now owns Crossgen and put out a 4 issue mini recently that was also very good (since it was by the same writer). I imagine you can get the Crossgen stuff very cheaply now.

This.
Pretty straight forward, excellent cop procedurals -- only the cops are dealing with situations way beyond their abilities. And then Batman shows up in the shadows for a frame or two. Gives me chills they are so good. And coming out in paperback trades.

If you're looking for some spandex mysteries, Rucka's run on Adventures of Superman, the Ruin story particularly.
