hello people
Seeing as it's pretty much inevitable that the current Green Lantern run will be collected in large multi-storyline hardcovers, should the sister series be collected in the same exact volumes? Or just their own hardcover series?

Hmmm. That's a good question. I'd say keep Corps seperate. A run seems to be a writer's thing, and John's was maily about Hal Jordan.

I think it should include GLC when it crosses over with his book, such as Sinestro Corps War & War of the Green Lanterns.

I'd go along with this.

I say together. GLC picks up threads from GL that get fed back into the main series all the time. The build-up to Sinestro Corps, a lot of that was in GLC. Leading up to Blackest Night, the two lanterns looking for the Anti-Monitor (I can't remember their names right now) went back and forth between the two books.

Or just their own hardcover series? The Geoff Johns run will be collected as its own thing, of course. It'll be 'Green Lantern by Geoff Johns', similar to his current Flash collection, and the upcoming Hawkman and Teen Titans collections.
Still, GLC has sold really well now for 5 years; I think they could market a series collection for GLC too.
The larger question is whether the Johns collection will include Blackest Night proper, and whether the whole thing will be collected in chronological order or publication order.

The GLC material is unnecessary. The "Sinestro Corps War" and "Blackest Night" read just fine in the GL title alone. (I've tried it, it works.)
I haven't read "War of the Green Lanterns" yet, so I can't comment on it.

GLC I feel is required for War of the GL, the SCW almost needs the GLC issues as well as I feel it reads much better with them included.
