I started with Season 2 based on the recomendation of a friend of mine (who actually went to medical school because of this show and ER).

By the way, TV Guide.com is reporting that the show has been renewed for a fifth season!

Josh Randall (ED) will appear in at least 3 episodes of the show in beginning in late April. He'll be Elliott's new boyfriend. The role may become long term.

Also during one of those April episodes, Tom Cavanaugh (also from Ed) may be returning as J.D.'s brother.
