Is Prankster and Toyman still around? How these guys pawned Superman in the 40's-80's is beyond me lol. I'm surprise that these ordinary humans could get the best of Superman in cartoons and come close to killing him. I guess they had to dumb Superman's powers down to make the baddies look good.

Yes, both of them are still around. Prankster, in particular, has been reverted to something similar to his original stories, I think by Busiek.

They haven't died in 70+ years. I don't think they are in danger of dying anytime soon, specially since Toyman has had other media exposure.
