Paul Cornell spoke with CBR TV about being the final writer on "Action Comics" original run, creating new DC Comics characters in "Demon Knights," Apollo and Midnighter's relationship in "Stormwatch" and much more.

Sounds good to me. :) He's right about how some (not all, but some) writers treated Apollo and Midnighter as shock characters, and am glad to see he's avoiding that route.
Demon Knights sounds more interesting the more I hear of it, too. I am so used to being disappointed by high fantasy in comics, though I love fantasy novels and games... I dunno, it's like fantasy in movies and TV, i guess. So often fantasy comics have been written by people who don't understand or respect the genre, (usually adaptations which miss the point of the original) and it gets super cheesy. When a well done one comes along, it's pretty special, because there's so much crap. I'm hoping demon Knights will be good, he name dropped George R.R. Martin who is easily oe of my favorite fantasy authors, so... *fingers crossed*
