Much like the avatar contest, as this contest will be butting up against Comic-Con, this week, covers featuring con stuff.

Close, but not quite. That's a program guide, not a comic.

I would love this cover no matter what...

But the return of Wonder Pig is just icing on the cake! It's just missing Super Grover, but he's owned by a different company now... :frown:

More for the content than the cover? I was looking for a cover depicting the "Cereal Convention" and remembered that McKean just arted everything up.

Exactly. I looked for some kind of convention exclusive Star Wards comics, but I don't think they've done any.

This was a hard hunt! Cheers to GeneralReadingMan for finding a fairly obscure cover. He has my vote.

I would have gone with StoneGold but I was afraid if he won the next contest would be "1983 Blue Camaros" or "Australian Dentists".

the4thpip gets my vote. I'd almost forgotten Marc Hansen. I really enjoyed a lot of his comics back in the 80s.

Voting ends at midnight. Puma usually tallies things up in the morning.

For whoever wins here's Gloryquest's site that shows the past themes in case you don't want to do a repeat.
