Do you think Damian will become a little more agreeable come September. I hope so cause he's so obnoxious now it drives me nuts.

No, then he becomes boring. Damians attitude is a product of his upbringing mixed with various elements of his mental state, the need of acceptance, superiority complex, lack of an actual childhood, and so on.

To make Damian "agreeable" is to strip him of core aspects of his personality and make him a generic shell of the interesting character his is now.

There's a reason Tim Drake isn't Robin anymore.

Gotta agree with the guys above me. While I'm personally not a fan, who he is and why he's that way are why he has fans.

It's going to be very interesting how the Batman and Robin relaunch will go under Tomasi. I loved his Nightwing and his 1st B&R arc atleast had the enemy on the right tune with "David Lynch meets Adam West show" theme, Robin was at times way too rude, especially the argument he got on with Gordon and i don't know would Damian act bored on watching a movie with his real dad and the rest, you'd think he'd cherish moments like those in his life.

Then theres the whole serious batman meets jerk Robin, we already had this in Batman: The Return where Damian disregarded Bruce's commands and Bruce got angry at him, but maybe there is a continuity/story reason for Bruce being willing to train Damian now, might have to do with the Heretic, but thats just a slap in the face for Dick-Batman and gives the impression he couldn't train a sidekick lol, but yeah lets hope for the best.

Yeah, being a dick is pretty much all he has. I don't personally like him (except when playing off another character like Steph or Tim), but you can't deprive him of what makes a lot of people like him. If Snookie and the Situation suddenly became smart, considerate, tolerable people, nobody would watch Jersey Shore either.

Damian's attitude is the key aspect of his personality. Saying Damian should become nicer and more agreeable is like saying Tim Drake should become a jerk; unless there was a real valid reason it wouldn't make sense and would go against what most of the character's fans like about them.

I don't think so. It's known that his current attitude is why he became so well-liked, so I think it'll stick, at least for the most part.

I love the fact that he basically just does whatever he wants.

Are you crazy? That's the best part of him.

We can't all be vanilla Tim Drake.

What? you want him to behave like a good boy-scout? Please, that is what got Tim Drake fired (and soon to be retconned out of the bat-verse ! )
Understand this : conflict is the fuel of a good drama. It generates good story-lines and dialogue.
stoic Batman + asshole Robin = conflict.

This is false.

I'm actually looking forward to Damian getting on Bruce's nerves so badly he wants to fire the kid. If they somehow magically get along I will be seriously disappointed because it will be the easy way out and it will be changing Damian's core self (no way they could change Bruce to be as tolerable as Dick has been).

Yes because he has grown beyond it.

Good than they should just have Damian say "Screw you." and go team up with Nightwing.
