Damn you Millar for killing off Peter Parker. And kudos to Bendis for going with it like a man.

I think it was the other way.

The article states that Millar came up with the idea, Bendis first thought could he make 12-24 issues of content that could top DoSM and post-DoSM Spidey, but he couldn't and then he realized all the potential and went along with it. He embraced the idea and wrote it instead of someone else.

Thats pretty cool to know. Millar came up with something real cool and interesting(imo). I would like to know some of Bendis' ideas though, if he didnt think his 2year plan for Ultimate Spider-man was good I really like to know what we missed out on.
Again thanks for posting Wolverine12

He might use those stories for the new Spidey since they could of included some new villians and some more Mysterio/Zodiac Key.

The fact that it was Millar's idea, in conjunction with the fact the Bendis said he had a couple years of content mapped out, makes me believe even more firmly that Peter will be back within a couple years, at the latest.

I'm saying four years from now, we'll get peter back. Maybe five.
