I was refreshing myself on The Redeemers with the current Thunderbolts story and ... happened to remember Jolt. It seems she's been almost completely forgotten by current writers. even I hadn't thought of her in a while....

With most of the original Thunderbolts around now, who else would like to see Hallie come back? maybe she could fit in with the Avengers Initiative? or Academy? Young Allies? something? she gave some spirit to the original Thunderbolts. she deserves better than being stuck on Counter-Earth!

I loved Jolt back in Jr. High- the extra caffine really kept me going through...

I would......in fact, whether it's for Avengers Academy, The Initiative or the T-Bolts; I'd be extremely grateful for Hallie's return...

I think he's only hating on this perticular one.

And I think I know precisely why she was forgotten, and that's because she was never as interesting within the context of the series, as the original bolts. You know, the guys that used to be members of the Masters of Evil?

If you're going to do a book about either the worst of the worst villains, Anti-Avengers basically (Ellis version), or about redemption and the difficulty of trying to work within the system ( Parker/current version), then she doesn't quite fit... now does she?

She just haven't really fitted in any of the other versions of the Bolts, other than the short era in which she made her debute in.

I hope her fans get to see her in some capacity eventually, but as a fan of the current Parker-series, I kind of don't see what value she would add.

still she brought out the best in Moonstone and the others who are around. as stated I think she'd fit well within Avengers Academy or Initiative as well.

The last time I saw Jolt in any Mavel book was a few years ago in a couple of issues of Exiles. At that point, she was still on Counter Earth/Heroes Reborn Earth, which was sychronis orbit around Earth 616's sun. While on Counter-Earth, Jolt joined the Young Allies.

Then Jeph Loeb gave us Onslaught Reborn, which either rebooted the Heroes Reborn Earth back to it's original universe setting, or created an alternate version of the Heroes Reborn earth.

As for Jolt's whereabouts currently in the MU, I guess that is up to whichever writer wants to bring her back. I am hoping she turns up sooner rather than later, perhaps in the pages of Thunderbolts or Avengers Academy. She may even be part of Wonder Man's Revengers team.

I didn't read Onslaught Reborn for obvious reasons but from reading about it so unded like it was alternate world? confusing.

anyway counter-earth sucks, bring back Jolt.

Naw man, not hatin' on her as a character but...damn, Marvel!
Dont use a soda's name for a superhero!

I'd love to see her come back in a story where someone is killing off all Marvel's electrical-powered characters- she could team up with Living Lightening, ZZaxx, Electro, etc.

Maybe even explain what would happen if someone that just controls electric fields fights someone that really is one.

She was coming back in Young Allies. But that got canceled.

THIS! Even towards the end of the original run (Fabian's run up-to #75) she started to not fit. After they were pardoned, and each went their own ways (AND had Hawkeye to guide them) the "need" for Jolt was less. She worked best as a catalyst in the original 12 issues... after that... hmmmm...

Kurt Busiek reportedly tried to bring her back in Thunderbolts 150.

Is Onslaught Reborn still happening? Jolt might return there if that's where McKeever was planning to bring her back.

Of the three "original" Thunderbolts kids (by which I mean the three teenagers created specifically in the comic for the team), I prefer Gunna (already!) to the other two. Gunna is AWESOME!!!

I would read a counter earth story with Jolt in some kind of Stargate Atlantis adventure in that flying city we saw her the last time .

I personally think she's too well adjusted (and possibly too old at this point) to be an Avengers Academy member. However, if Amadeus Cho's team gets an ongoing, I would LOVE to see her added as a member during the first arc.

Note: This isn't to say that I would be totally against her being an Academy Student. I'm pretty sure Gage could easily make sure she adds to the dynamic of said team.
