The BND regressed MJ's character back to the way she was before she finally accepted Peter's marriage proposal. While it's unlikely that Peter x Mary Jane will ever get back together, it is good to know that they are still close friends. That's enough for me.

I do recall that she had an encounter with Mystique of earth 2149, but I don't think that makes her a lesbian, technically, as Mystique is a hermaphrodite and therefore has the ability to swing both ways. Therefore, that shouldn't be an impediment to a possible relationship with Peter Parker.
