Welcome to the TV/Film board's Wrestler of the Week poll.

Each week you'll get your chance to pick the wrestlers who you think entertained, competed, or did the best during the previous week.

People can list up to 5 picks (you can list only one if you want). But you must at least rank them from 1 to 5 since I will be giving points depending on how the picks are ranked. You can either choose a single wrestler for a pick or a tag team as a pick. You can also break up tag teams into individual picks.

There is no real criteria for why you pick who you pick. It can be whoever you did best that week, whoever you enjoyed the most that week, or however you decide who makes your favorites at that time. It can be from any company, federation or country. As long as the person did something that week in the industry. Just listing your all time favorite who didn't do anything that week is not in the spirit of the game.

I'm going to limit this pick thread to only listing people's picks. You can list why you picked who you picked. But comments and responses to people's picks should be kept to the main wrestling thread.

This week's poll is for wrestlers who were active during the week of 04/18/11-04/24/11. This poll will be open until 04/25/11 6PM PST/9PM EST.

My picks for the week...

1.) John Morrison - worked his way back into the PPV main event at Extreme Rulz.

2.) Sting - Had a busy week as he kept his TNA World title at Lockdown in the cage. Then set up his next PPV title defense against Rob Van Dam at Sacrifice. At Impact he beat Matt Hardy in a pretty decent Main Event title defense.

3.) R-Truth - Turned heel in one of the most interesting angles of the year. It attracted big press as the WWE has to consider keeping a smoking , not giving a fuck heel that way.

4.) Bobby Roode- Coming off Lockdown , Roode took out Ric Flair in the cage. He then led Beer Money in an ok tag team title defense inside a steel cage against Freak and Murphy. Roode was heavily pushed for takin Flair out.

5.) AJ Styles - Returned and kicked ass. Took it to Bully Ray and left his boot print on his face.

1. Christian - Is actually getting a main event push. Granted, it's basically as a substitute for a more over guy who's left, but that worked out pretty well for Rey Mysterio.
2. R-Truth - Is actually interesting now.
3. The Sheik - Won the NWA title. It's still the NWA title, so he gets this spot even though I've never heard of him (unless he's zombie Ed Farhat, in which case he wins this competition every week from now on).
4. AJ Styles - For showing up, mostly.
5. Cody Rhodes - For playing his gimmick to perfection.

Just NA stuff, as I haven't been following puro recently, unfortunately. If I did, Devitt would probably be on there, as that guy is just epic.

1. Kane/Big Show - won the tag team titles this week
2. R-Truth - good match, great heel turn, most satisfying cigarette EVER.
3. Cody Rhodes - great promo, really good match
4. Rey Mysterio - the other side of that really good match
5. Dixie Carter - for overseeing probably the most passionate spark in interest for TNA in quite a while, even if it's for the wrong reasons.
