Using prep and trickery he could be pretty potent in the DCU especially if he can get the drop on Supes with his magic. Other than that I would guess it would depend on who Loki decides to tangle with and how he picks the fight. Straight up fights he lacks speed which would hamper him.

Loki uses magic, which we all know Superman is vulnerable to. So, unless Supes finally decides to use his speed, he might be in trouble.

I think he would get along great with Luthor. I think Loki and Myx would eventually become enemies though. Loki could turn Luthor into a competent Wrecker.

That would be awesome actually.

Luthor could combine his tech with his newly imbued magic powers and become a sort of Dr. Doom.

Luthor in his power armour with Wrecker powers Vs Dr. Doom in Khazan would actually be a really cool fight.

I'm torn on whether Loki would publicly broadcast Superman's secret ideneity to get the most havoc out of it, or keep it secret so he could personally mess with Supes whenever he felt like it.

Loki tends to take the long view, from what I know of him. If he gives up Clark's name, he doesn't have anything to use to protect himself from Clark's anger (and the anger of all Clark's friends...and they are Legion).

He screws around with peoples heads sometimes just for fun but most things he does usually in some way eventually comes back to involving Thor or Asgard. So it is up in the air what he would actually do in the DCU in terms of screwing with people but in the OP its said he's going after Superman so thats what we're working with
