lovin' the timberwolf cover. looking forward to this issue, espcially after the legion of super-villains one shot a few weeks back. been loving the legion lately.

Hard to believe that with Cinar's simple, minimalist style he can't put out 20 pages a month, frankly.

Still, looks fun. Loved the Legion of Villains special.

Lots to like in this issue. Sun Emperor's always a fun psycho and it was interesting how he was used.

Even cooler, the Letter Column in the back had the elections results (vote count):

While I'm not happy that Mon-el is leader. I sure would've been pissed about Earth-Man. So, I'll look on the bright side.

I am interested to see this issue. I thought the firey like dude on the cover was Wildfire in his human form. Too bad they retconned that. I liked the idea that he could sort of turn human.

very fun issue. i was hoping for a little saturn queen, but i guess we'll have to wait until next issue. should be quite the showdown. loved brainy's dialogue with dream girl. i thought the art was very good. i guess i've seen HDR on some other DC work but as a colorist/inker?? if he is a penciller as well, what other work has he done?

You obviously have never seen his art before it has been inked or colored. His art is awesome before anyone else touches it. Faucher is not the right inker for him.

Yeah, he's definitely not doing Cinar any favors. They need to find a different inker.

I think the LSV#1 special explained that a little. The little blue baby upped her power level so they see her as leader, fear her a little and I think, yes to a little extent she is using her powers on them as well.

I'm not sure I can buy into it because she was always a second stringer. And her costume doesn't give off a I'm so evil, fear me vibe. But... it's starting to get there.

This issue was pretty good. I like the art much better by these fill-in artists. Page 6 was really nice.

Exactly how invulnerable is Timber Wolf...?
Not as vulnerable as Superboy, Mon and Ultra Boy. He's tougher than your average human, but an explosion should take him out.

I thought the fill-in art was, at the least, as good as anything Cinar's produced in the last 6 months. Some of it's been downright ordinary lately.
