I didn't know this until somewhat recently that Tokyo Pop put out manga based on the World of Warcraft license, I was walking through my local Barnes & Noble and spotted a grouping of the book out the corner of my eye and wanted to give them a shot but they were quite expensive at $12.99 each. Well, today I walked into my local Borders hoping to get a good deal on some manga and came across 4 volumes of the WoW manga at 35% off so I flipped through them and the art stuck out so much that I bought all 4 of them. I haven't got around to actually reading them yet, but I was wondering if anyone else here had read any of these and if so, what did you think of them? I also noticed that there were other manga titles based on Warcraft (not "World of Warcraft") but I passed on those since I was never into the original games.

Anyhow, the books are written by non-Japanese writers (Dan Jolly, Richard Knaak, Paul Benjamin), but the art is by Japanese artists and it's actually pretty damn good, I will let everyone know what I thought about them once I get around to reading them.
