Howdy CBR's Classic Comics folks. This is a shot in the dark request, but would anyone here have a copy of the 6' Frankenstein poster Jack Davis drew that was available in the back of Warren magazines?

The reason I'm asking is my old illustration professor from The University of Georgia is working on a big career retrospective "best of" book of Davis's work. He's actually working closely with Jack Davis on this project, scanning much of the images straight from Davis's original art he's mailed him.
Now, the missing puzzle piece is this poster. I'm sure someone out there has to have a copy of it, and with that person's help this book might come with it as a fold out or something. If anyone could help, that'd be great. Thanks.
