Michael Rosenbaum Article (possible spoilers)

I don't know if this is strictly a spoiler or not, but according to this article (http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/02/10/smallville-finale-rosenbaum-lex-luthor/) by EW:

Michael Rosenbaum will not be coming back to Smallville for the finale.

Personally, I couldn't care less one way or the other.

I've enjoyed Smallville and started watching it in my first year of high school ten years ago. It would have been good if he came back for the finale, but I think the show has been just as good without him and they can still have Lex in the show without needing Rosenbaum.

It is possible that they are just saying he won't be coming back so that it is more of a surprise when he does, but I doubt that's the case.

I don't mind the final season so far and the return of Martha, Johnathan, Lionel and even that bug boy has been good enough.

Any other thoughts on the article?

Obviously with all the "other" Lex's they've made a contingency plan for if he didn't return.

I'm so freakin excited. Smallville has had it's massive shares of ups and downs, and all horrible plot devices aside, I'm stoked that MR is returning. Having all the principle actors return (sans Pete who is in jail) makes it a fitting way to end the show. Good for them. Now bring on 4th World Darkseid.

I'm sooo excited. Have hardly watch SM since Rosenbaum left.

Finally, the finale will now be perfect. The stars will all align.

That is good news, I'm glad they know for certain now and that they can fim the episodes accordingly.
