I finshed reading the other, Spiderman awaken his entire abilites to the extent of his potential. I wonder how powerful Spiderman could actually be with all of his spider powers awakened. He beat Morlun by freaking out into cannibal mode with spider stingers.
What do you think?

Too strong. I like him how he is, he doesn't need extra powers. Hes already special. I'd also be fine if the Other was never referenced again.

With enough adrenaline prior to JMS' run, he was capable of holding up the Daily Bugle. But, that is only when he has adrenaline running through his system in times of great danger. Or, at least that's how he was depicted in the 90's. I don't know if he still has that capability now.

Peter is pretty strong! He lifted a entire train wagon easily just to prove he's not a loser!
The problem is that Pete pressures himself and he doesn't allow himself to use his full potential. Take the Back to Black arc for example: Spidey gave Fisk the beating of his life quite easily and Fisk was always a pretty tough opponent for Spidey in the past (he even managed to defeat Spider-Man on a couple of occasions)!

Only time Kingpin managed to outdo Spider-Man physically without cheating was in the run of Marv Wolfman when Vanessa told Fisk to reform

Τhere were several foes that tried to beat Spidey with cheating. The Green Goblin is the prime example. Norman was relying to his arsenal and chemical solutions in order to best Spidey rather his enhanced physical strength.
However Spidey managed to defeat him on these kinds of fight!

According to the handbooks he can lift ten tons.
So he is pretty much stronger than 95% of the villains he fights in his books.

i think making him super strong is a negative.
no one is a match for him then when one punch can seal the deal. i say make him able to lift 500 pounds max. that should be enough. he is still amazing that way but not so stupidly strong.

That would undermine the whole Spider-Powers thing...He is suppose to be able to lift 80 times his own weight just like a real spider... Hence the name...
