I read Final Crisis last weak and I would like to kknow if you guys could explain me What happen to bruce between the time he left the JLA hq to the time he get caught in Blüdhaven. What happen to him?? Any TPB that I can read about it?

Well, he never left the JLA headquarters on his own. He was attacked and knocked out by Granny Goodness who was in Alpha Lantern Kraken's body, then taken to the Command D bunker in Bludhaven and put in that memory extractor machine. Batman #682 and 683 tell the story of what he experienced inside that machine, leading to Final Crisis #6 where he confronts and is "killed" by Darkseid.

What you'll really want to read is Batman #701 and 702, which tells the story of what happened immediately after Batman RIP up until the end of Final Crisis. It was basically Final Crisis from Batman's perspective, and leads very nicely into the Return of Bruce Wayne.

Forgot to mention earlier that Batman #682 and 683 are in the Batman RIP trade, and #701 and 702 will eventually be in a trade called "Time and the Batman" but that won't be out until march.
