Alternative to Comicspace? Now that they ruined their own site

Is there anything out there similar to what Comicspace used to offer? Back in the day, they were terrific. Easy to navigate galleries, thumbnails, it was perfect.

Now they are using wordpress, improperly, and it's all messed up. No amount of tweaking can fix my stuff. It's a fubar and a half.

Worse, they are being spammed so thoroughly and successfully, the site has become useless.

So, what else is out there?

I just deleted my account there. After receiving two DATING offers in the last twelve hours and seeing blogs for women's shoes and protein powder, I figured the site was lost.

i wouldnt have a clue to be honest what else is out there? i tend to just visit the same regular websites. but often when websites update its usually for the worst i have noticed as they incorporate new features and some of them well, suck

I've decided to just make the Facebook site more robust, but that sucks because they have such ludicrous limits on file sizes. Images are just too tiny. Comicspace was terrific about having large images.
