When the writers introduces these laws what where they and where all ten ever reviled?

Well, I know the law against Lantern's having physical relationships was pretty reviled. I think most of the GLs actually liked the use of lethal force being enabled. Don't know why anyone would speak harshly about the Corps having to patrol the Vega sector now. Unless you used to be the GL who had that sector and now you actually have to work.

I'm guessing it was a typo and he means revealed. No only four have been revealed.

I believe the existance of the new laws debuted after the Sinestro Corps War. Only 2 or 3 of them have been revealed, though.

Wait till the Guardians announce their new health care law and allow gay marriage among Lanterns.

This is one of the most interesting sub-plots of Johns' run and unfortunately, it seems to have fallen by the wayside. I really hope this book gets back into outer space (or at least, Larfleeze and Atrocitus back in outer space) and back into the mysteries surrounding the Guardians.

1. though I remember as simply being "Lethal Force is authorised", when it was first introduced, with no specification about WHO it was allowed to be used on, so 2. felt really redundant to me as I was under the impression it already applied. Also, the 3rd one was shown to be something that the Guardians had only just agreed on when they introduced it, so it seems like they just said "let's introduced 10 new laws", but haven't actually thought up those laws yet, which seems a bit arbitrary to me.

Johns has said that more laws will be introduced in the future and yes they are at the whims of the Guardians who have let emotions creep in and mess with their heads.
