After the final arc of Ultimate Avengers would you like to see this continue as a seperate title from new Ultimates or would you like to see just one super team under SHEILDs control?
I'm pretty sure that 4 will be the last we see of UA as Millar said in a previous interview that something major will happen to Fury. That suggests to me either he will die, get imprisones, get his old job back from Danvers or become president! Either way I can't see Avengers continuing
Shame as I would love to see these characters develop more.

Once New Ultimates and Ultimate Avengers wrap up, I'd love to see the best of those characters combined into one book, simply titled THE ULTIMATES. I'd like to see Nick Fury back in charge of SHIELD.
Also, I'd like the Ultimates team to look something like this:
Captain America
Thor
Iron Man
New Black Widow
Red Wasp
Hawkeye
Nerd Hulk

Yeah - I'd be quite happy with something similar. I'd like to to have an Ultimates book written by Ellis and for the team to be
Fury
Hawkeye
Iron Man
Cap
Black Widow
Falcon
Marh Vell
Thor
Red Wasp
Thing
Sue Storm
but I would also like to see an avengers/thunderbolts style book where the more undesirables are used on secret missions with the likes of The Spider, Perun, Punisher and other villains held in the Triskelion like Electro, Sandman and Vulture also used.
I'd also quite like Zarda to go back to her universe and for there to be a new Squadron Supreme book. I'd be happy for it to be written by Mark Guggenheim who did a great job on the Hyperion vs Nighthawk mini

I wouldn't mind seeing a merge (if written by millar) and having
Cap
Hawkeye
Thor
Hulk (banner. not these stupid knockoffs
Iron Man
Punisher
Ghost Rider
come to think of it i pretty much hate all the new characters itnroduced besides ghost rider and and punisher. and those two i was iffy about putting on the lsit
maybe spidey after they do this super hero school shens

I would just love to see the two combined and do away with the limited series nonsense.
These 2 could easily be merged and I think it would be better for the Ultimate line in the long run if UA/Ultimates were just titled Ultimates and go on from there as a monthly book.

Merger with Ellis or a similarly good author penning it.
Lineup consisting of:
Cap
Iron Man (Back in the big bulky armour!)
Thor (Back as hippy Thor)
Hawkeye (Keep the costume, I like it)
Nerd Hulk (come on he's an interesting take! I wouldn't mind Banner Hulk staying with the X books if done well).
Red Wasp
Falcon (Bring him back! Ultimate falcon was brilliant!)
Get rid of Cash he's cool but just not Ultimates material
Lose War Machine in the last Avengers arc in a MASSIVE fight with Iron Man (either kill him or cripple the armour so badly its beyond repair)
New Widow needs to be gotten rid of she's not Ultimates enough.
I personally wouldn't mind Danvers or Fury in command, Ultimate Fury is badass but he's a bit of a Douche whereas Danvers is a hard-ass professional.

I like Danvers but it's got to be Fury
Doesn't sound like anyone is that keen on Valkyrie, Zarda, War Machine, Black Panther, Kazar, Shahanna(or whatever her name is) or Cash

I've never followed the ultimates, but I am familiar with them from USM.
Anyone mind filling me in on the difference between them and the ultimate avengers? I remember being surprised seeing Ultimate Avengers, as I've always thought that's what the ultimates were.

Black Panther would make a great addition to the team. That way he can continue to be developed which right now is not happening.
I'm kind of surprised Falcon hasn't been used since the Ultimate Vision story. I would have thought possibly Millar would have used him in his Black Ops Ultimate Avengers. Still hope for arc 4 though. But a guest starring role would be great for him, better if he was on the full time roster.
Kazar and Shanna need to be guest stars only.
Bruce Banner Hulk would be great as a regular, but his character has done too much damage to the world so to speak that the general public in the Ultimate Universe I would think would say no.
If Marvel really wants to bring back the days of The Ultimates you need a great line-up. And I agree with most here....
Fury
Captain America
Iron Man
Thor
Hawkeye
Red Wasp
Black Widow 2
Black Panther
Falcon
Mar Vhell (though he could be a guest starrer)
Guest starring when their said talents would best be used in a situation the team comes up against...
War Machine
Kazar & Shanna
Mar Vehll (Marvel can really turn him into something special if they develop his character right)
Punisher
Ghost Rider
Daredevil 2
Any other charcter that has gues starred etc.
I think it's time we see the cosmic side of the Ultimate Universe come to Earth. This is where Mar Vehll can be used. I'd love to see the return of the Silver Surfer(s) and The Watcher collective.
Also too, I'm hoping in the Ultimate Thor mini, we'll get the answer as to specifically WHY Odin sent Thor to Earth. What threat was so great, that he made Thor his chosen son to protect it? Was there a specific threat? He certainly was useless in Ultimatum.
Don't forget that Loeb was going somewhere with dead Janet and the Jacosta project that Hank had Iron Man run her off to.
We still have the mystery of Dr. Strange. Who was that that went to Steven's body? Though he was the son of the "original Dr. Strange" maybe the original Dr. Strange of the Ultimate Universe will make his debut.
There is a lot to be done and picked up in the Ultimate Universe that would make great The Ultimates stories.

What I've been saying from the beginning of the relaunch is that I hope the two books merge. Once the fourth arc is over, Fury basically decides they don't need the black ops team anymore so the teams come under one roof again - much like when Widow and Hawkeye joined the team in Ultimates 1. Fury and Danvers working together would be fun. Here's the team I would want:
Cap
Thor
Iron Man
Hawkeye
Black Widow II
Falcon
Vision
And that's about it from the current Avengers and Ultimates. I can't stand Zarda, she needs to go back to the Supreme Power 'verse, and thank goodness Valkyrie is dead - let's hope it lasts. And Ka-zar and Shanna are booooring, send them back to the Savage Land. Ultimate Black Panther isn't that cool either. I'm liking Loeb's New Ultimates, but all those characters are just remnants of a dark time in Ultimate history that I wish would just disappear.
Anyone else from Avengers just wouldn't work on the team. Although, I would love to see Tyrone Cash and Banner working together for a Hulk cure. Cash could re-embrace his scientist side and maybe finally solve the puzzle, enabling Banner Hulk to become a good guy.
Additionally, it would be cool to get some brand new characters. No one on the Ultimates has been a non-Ultimization, so it'd be nice to see someone try something.
And most importantly - some fresh blood on the creative team. Like I said, Loeb is doing well now, but I think his time is coming to an end; and I think it was announced at Baltimore CC that he was done after this arc and some unannounced writer was taking over. My vote goes to Warren Ellis or Jonathan Hickman.
In short, if I could pick 3 things for the future of Ultimates:
1. Warren Ellis
2. Teams join for 1 MONTHLY book.
3. Pick up the Vision/Falcon plot

Yep - I think the way forward is one monthly title written by either Hickman or Ellis. The core team is Fury, Cap, Hawkeye & Iron Man and any of the other avengers/new ultimates will feature depending on what the current arc is.
That would be just about perfect

I would like to see these guys fused as one team and continue revamping Marvel and Avengers concepts yet have a spin-off where it would be like Millar's "War Heroes" where it would be Fury leading super-powered soldiers and it would be nastier and more political.

I'm divided here. On one hand I want it to merge, on the other hand it'd be cool to have a black ops group and a public avengers (cap, thor, iron man and a few rotating cast)
On the other hand, having two avengers groups might be too much for the ultimate universe now.
What I know is it can't continue as it is. Both kinda aim at the same thing. there isn't much distinction between them.

Yeah, I've changed my mind again - I think I would like to see two seperate titles. There is too many characters I want to see to all feature in the one title
