Does anyone know where I can find the proposal for Ruins?

In an interview circa 1999 in Wizard, Warren Ellis mentioned that he wrote much more for Ruins than could be used and named a couple examples such as Dr.Strange and Mordo. Someone once told me he posted the whole thing online, but I have never found it. Does anyone know where I can read the whole thing?

Me too. I'd love to read this. In fact, if anyone knows of any site that has comic book proposals that's not Twilight of the Superheroes, I'd love to see it.

In fact, if anyone knows of any site that has comic book proposals that's not Twilight of the Superheroes, I'd love to see it.I had a bunch of links to proposals and scripts on my old computer, but it took a crap on me a while back. I love seeing that kind of stuff. They made a Civil War script book a few years back thats a lot of fun, it has the original outline, ideas and behind the scenes stuff. Originally it was gonna be 12 issues and have World War Hulk be included in the story.
