the more i see about this the more i feel that it's just going to be so-so.

maybe i'll get it as a trade along with nemesis at some point if amazon has a good deal or something on both.

"With one magic wish", eh? Confirmation that Millar does in fact realize that Superior is as much a Captain Marvel rip as a Superman one, I guess... I mean, how close is that to, "With one magic word"?

Is the idea here to force DC to actually start resorting to lawsuits to protect its trademarks on Superman and Captain Marvel, or do they maybe figure if DC does nothing about either Hyperion or this, that Marvel can go ahead and cut a deal with the Siegel heirs to publish an actual self-titled Superman comic in 2013?
