Hi all,

Long ago I had a software with could cut the individual frames from a comic page and save them separately. I cant remember what software it was. Any Ideas?

What I want to do is: feed it a few comics so that it saves the individual frames in the correct order and them zip it up again to make a .CBR and then view it on my android phone via the ACV app. too complicated

I know this wont work for all comics as a lot of them dont have distinctly separate frames.

Thanks. Hope someone knows what I am talking about.

The 'crop' function on just about any image manipulation software?

It would take hours to cut out each frame manually. Want automation!

Lets assume that those are the type of comics i want to run it on. I am sure there was a software that did exactly this but not very accurately so I stopped using it. Now I want to revisit it and try again. it has been atleast 3 years. there must have been some breakthroughs! edge-detection and all..

Conceptually, might not be far from how OCR apps work, I guess.

If this was spamming, I admire the technique.
