The shield parts, and the city allows you inside. On the Weapons Chair, you find a note that says the ship will answer to you, and you alone. It explains that the factories have also been producing Drones and weapons for the last 3,000 years so you are fully stocked.
You are the Lord of Atlantis, in command of the most powerful piece of technology on this, OUR Earth. Yes, you have 3 ZPM's. And a further NINE charged and in reserve.
