Looks like it'll be CG like Beast Wars, but with much more updated animation.
The designs are obviously based heavily on the Michael Bay films. Although Arcee's robot mode is thankfully not the ugly one we got in Revenge of the Fallen (Although the bike mode is the same more or less). Also Cliffjumper is no longer just a "Red Bumblebee" as he tends to be. Ratchet seems like a mix of his G1, "animated" and movie designs. Also Optimus no longer has the flames.
Also there seems to be mainly nameless Decepticon "troopers" that look like a cross between a Battlestar Galactica Cylon and an Evangelion. Probably there for merchandising reasons and to appeal to collector "Army builders". (They're also somewhat similar to the nameless ROTF protoforms, but they never made toys out of those) The other Decepticons-Starscream and Soundwave, chiefly-are being kept secret for the time being.
The humans of course have an anime-style look but thankfully one that's not as simplified as the last show.
