It looks good, but what's the deal with Bianchi & drawing giant nipples?

I thought giant nipples were in this year.

Finally, some art that uses a fantastic array of value instead of the bold splotches of ink. Definitely has more of a fine art feel that's more akin to the renaissance and real life. I'll definitely be picking it up just for the art.

With Balder dead, and Odin missing – it will be up to Thor to handle the vassal uprising in Asgard. But when his trusty Mjolnir is being denied him, how can the mighty son of Odin put his empire back together?

Huh?

I hooked. I guess I will be reading some Thor once Gillen leaves.

Bianchi is a mixed bag. One of his pages looks great and then the next one doesn't look good at all.

The art looks great! Might pick this up for that alone!

Thor's face in the 3rd picture is hilarious. Avatar worthy :D

Finally a comic where Bianchi's character designs make sense.

And while his panel layout looks great aesthetically, he's got a lot to learn when it comes to sequential storytelling.

Bianchi's style really fits Thor. Great work.

Rodi's comic work is pretty erratic but his Loki was superb and Bianchi's art looks appropriate for the project. Looking forward to this.

I had been wondering when we would be treated to Mr. Bianchis art again ever since the conclusion of his run on Astonishing X-men. I cannot think of a better showcase for this superb artists talents than this mini. Fantasy and sci-fi bring out the best in this artists talents, especially his imaginative landscapes and fantastic structures. I believe this series will be his best work so far, and from his comments he seems truly:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin: inspired.

Methinks this is an alternate universe, which is a shame. Should still be interesting, but I prefer stories that impact the 616 Asgard.

Brilliant. Simone can draw Thor as a crossdressing she male! Bring it ON!

Kinda disappointed that Bianchi is on art instead of Esad Ribic (who did Loki), but I'm so psyched that Rodi is back on another Thor project that I don't mind all that much.

The premise sounds very interesting, so I'm absolutely pumped for this. I only hope Bianchi has had enough lead time so this isn't late.

By the way, any statement as to how long this will be? Will it be 4 issues like Loki, or will it be longer (or shorter)?

Looks good. Not sure about the crazy panels, though. It was distracting in Astonishing X-Men.
