Here it is, the finale to the three issue "Matt and sterotypical gangster Bakuto bicker with and fight eachother for absolute naught while other fingers of the hand sit in a cricle and plot" arc. Enjoy, folks. Shadowland and the next DD arc cannot begin soon enough!

Bakuto's supposed to be a stereotypical idiot. It's the other Hand leaders that are fascinating.

I take it you guys aren't digging the new arc/direction so far?Diggles first four issues were solid enough markedly thanks to the magnificent Roberto de la Tore and Matt Hollingworths on art, but this recent arc, 505 - 507, has simply been, to put it kindly, sub par at best.

I am absolutely loving it. The "reveal" came as a complete surprise to me. :biggrin:The "surprising reveal" was nothing of the sort to me.

Like what? White Tiger?

all the secret agents and double crossing going on were nice little twists. also DD killing izo but them secretly planning it all.

its all pretty interesting.

everyone is plotting secretly against everyone else. its gonna be fun to see how it all blows up

Looking good. Especially digging Hollingsworth's coloring on those snow pages featuring Daredevil. Really jumps out at you.

As for the arc as a whole, I've enjoyed the change of scenery, as well as the intrigue, starting particularly with Elektra's appearance last issue. I was at first worried this would be an immaterial fill-in arc, but instead it feels like a very relevant lead-in to Shadowland. I'm anxious to see how it all wraps up.

I've been really impressed with Chechetto's work on this arc, looks to be another great looking issue he and Hollingsworth make a very good team. Hope Chechetto gets to do another arc after all the Shadowland stuff is over.

I think we needed a break from all the crazy stuff happening in NY, before returning to the even crazier stuff that is coming in the next few months with Shadowland. I like that this being a short arc, each issue had been packed with story elements, rather than drawing it out into a 5 or 6 issue arc to fill out a trade.

Yes, you've made that point three times now.

We get it.

No. Really, we understand.

You don't like this arc.

Excellent.

Now, on with the conversation!

--TomYet, instead of actually moving on with the conversation by expressing an opinion of you're own, you decide to quote me to say you understand that I don't like the arc and that you think my displeasure is excellent. A shrewd one you are.

This has been a pretty good arc.

I am really interested in seeing how it turns out -- who's alive, who's going to be a part of the Shadowland arc, who's still on DD's side...
