He was released. I think it was in the "Justice League: The Rise and Fall Special" (March 2010) or else the last issue before this re-launch.

Don't forget the the Sheriff, I mean police commisoner is now running the city because the King I mean Mayor, is off in the holy land I mean the hospital in a coma.

Well, if the accused is found not guilty, the judge can't actually sentence him to anything.

In some cases a judge can overturn a jury but that is usually in civil cases. This is a little extreme, but then again so is running around shooting arrows at bad guys.
Actually the hardest thing for me to take was that people were shocked who GA was.
