Can someone shed some light on what actually happened at the end of Joe's superman/Batman run? What changes did the new writer make? Thanks. Good article By the way.

That Justice League Academy pitch sounds great.

One thing I loved was WildCATS 3.0...
I loved the 2nd Grifter. I loved the Void being Spartan's suit. Besides the end feeling rushed like an Indian Train Dinner but iDigress...

But Joe Casey, if you got your "ears on, good buddy"...I mean. Don't worry about it too much. This SUPERMAN/BATMAN title is not the magazine it was 4 years ago. And team-ups of this level have to be obscured by continuity cops. Whoopee. As if I didn't wanna see a Dick Grayson Batman & Kal-EL Team-Up. Dick always appears to be learning something from his Super-Uncle. Why stop now...but iDigress...what a missed opportunity.

So, it's reasonably accurate to suggest that DC has driven the following talent from its ranks in just a handful of years:

Greg Rucka
Mark Waid
Chuck Dixon
Dwayne McDuffie
Darwyn Cooke

and now Joe Casey

Did I miss anyone?

That was an extremely frustrating interview to read. Maybe Joe Casey is legally not allowed to say what specifically happened or something. But I read his answers to the first three or four questions trying to figure out exactly what happened and he never actually says it.

Can someone explain?

This interview was F'n awesome. Loved the Acamedy story.

Also, if you haven't read it yet - READ ZODIAC!!! It was fantastic, in both story and art. Don't sweat the Dark Reign label at all, that's just the time frame the story took place in. No real hooks at all.
