Hulk in Planet Hulk in WWH

Okay, I'm new, just got into comics and I read PH and I am just finishing WWH Prologue. My question is why is it that Hulk doesnt change back to Bruce? Why is he always Hulk? Doesn't follow what I think I know about the Hulk.

This was already explained in Plane Hulk. Bruce let Hulk stay in control since he couldn't survive on Sakaar.

I was also left with the impression that Banner was content with the Hulk's place on Sakaar. It was a rare situation where the Hulk's rage and destruction could actually be used towards a positive end.

Check out the final issues of "Planet Hulk" where Hulk is feeding the Spikes. Banner is completely aware of what the Hulk is doing, and he's content to leave him in control.
